Weird cleaner/chemical smell in hallway. Breakfast was ok. Room was clean and spacious. Beds were comfy enough

I always love staying at the Staybridge because my experiences are always good. But this one had a lot of construction trash in the stairwells. No extra sheets for pullout couch until the next day of our stay. And the shower had hair in it, it was not cleaned properly. So this one was a bit of a let down.

I had a lot of issues with the door locks from the back of the building not working. I have to have my for keys reconnected 3 times, because they stopped working every day. They would open the room door, but nothing else. Half the parking garage under the hotel was closed off. Staff was friendly, helpful, and courteous. Construction debris in East stairwell for some reason.

The good: Mega friendly staff, and the property is going through extensive repairs and renovations. The bad: Underground parking is mostly blocked off, there’s construction materials in the hallways, and discarded room fixtures piled up in the parking lot. The ugly: Unfortunately our sofa had some type of itchy bugs that made us stay away from it, we didn’t find an ice machine on our floor, and there was a musty smell in the hallway carpet.

The room was nice and clean. The breakfast was decent. The pool and hot tub could have been maintained a little more. Overall would stay again.

Pool towels not readily available in the pool area.

Room was not cleaned appropriately. Toe nails were on the floor and crumbs on the floor as well.

Couple suggestions: 1. Outside lighting of the signage could be better, hard to locate in the dark for a new customer at night. 2. Update the fitness center. dumbbells had only one for 3-4 weights example, 1-40lb, 1-45 lb.

I spent the 4th of July weekend with my family and our stay there was great. Staff was nice and friendly. Also the room was everything we needed to feel home away from home. I will definitely stay here again with my family. Its in a nice quiet area. Thank you again!

Was very dirty. Muggy. No hot water. Just like warm. I killed a roach in the bathroom.

Room #228 toilet tank was overflowing it was making an annoying noise that we couldn't sleep until we got up and closed the water. Location was good

I enjoyed having a mini kitchen, very helpful. The breakfast muffins were old. Night before I had an 8 hour drive ahead of me the fire alarm went off all night/morning. Staff was apologetic but I was so irritated it did little to calm my nerves.

The clerk at the front desk was very friendly and helpful when we checked in. I apologize I don't recall his name.
