Beautiful private beach

Some staff were friendly and the food was good. But overall there is better stays worth your money.

Love this place! Felt like we were in a tropical place! Very clean and super helpful staff!

The management and staff was wonderful and went out of their way to make our special anniversary special. We had a couple issues dining but management was quick to correct them and maybe just a bad day. We are truly grateful for a wonderful time away and would return in a heartbeat! Thank you Bahia- you did it again!

Honestly didn’t go in expecting much, but it was perfect, mainly one level suite stays, decent beds, conveniently a beach on each side, all very walkable and they sent my baby milk and cookies for her first birthday. Also accommodated late check out. I’d defn return.

The property is beautiful, but the experience was horrible. We were told parking was first come, first served, but that we shouldn't have trouble parking near our room. That was untrue, and we had to lug our luggage a good distance. The mini fridge would not get cold, so I had to ice my water. Then there was NO hot water in the shower despite letting it run and adjusting the knob. The next morning, staff began setting up an event directly in front of our room, blocking the view we paid for. I went to the front desk, explained I was trying to relax, and asked if we could be relocated. I was never offered another room; my request was simply “noted.” Staff spent the entire day moving carts, dishes, supplies, and equipment around our room. A backdrop was placed directly in front of us and turned out to be a waitstaff station. Stations were eventually set up on both sides of our room. We could hear staff coming and going, yelling orders, and creating nonstop commotion. The party went late with loud music and no privacy, forcing us to keep our curtains closed. The next morning, ANOTHER event was being set up. I should've just clocked in and worked there because I felt more like staff than a guest. The resort fee was waived, which I accepted, but the fee was never the issue. The entire experience was. I will not be returning.

Exceptional

The location of the resort is beautiful because it’s on the bay, that is probably the only thing that I liked. The resort is pretty however the rooms are extremely old and outdated. The carpets are old. They smelled the room smelled like an old closet , the carpets were stained. The couches were also dirty, dingy falling apart. Some of the rooms don’t have AC.! for the price that I paid. It’s totally not worth it. 2 nights $1550!

Access to the beach bayside I had stayed at this resort approximately 40 years ago. I remember it being great. It feels like the room we were in was dated, especially the bathroom. For being a suite, we expected more than just a microwave.

Bay view, room size, greet pool and outdoor jacuzzi. No courtesy room or shower for changing in. Accommodation a little run down. Wet carpet and constant dripping onto balcony due to aircon unit condensation from above room was strange and “normal” when I raised it to staff.

Staff was nice, room was clean but outdated, they don’t have bell service, no valet, so don’t overpack as you will have to carry it to your room. They do have rolling carts that you can use if you have a lot of luggage. We did have a nice weekend with our 5 year old grandson, he enjoyed the private beach, water was nice and calm, overall a nice chill weekend.

This Resort is Beautiful and Staff friendly. I enjoyed the Beautiful Garden and Private Beach. I love that its a few blocks away from the pier.

I arrived early to check in possibly at 3 PM. I did not get my room until 5 PM. There was no sense of urgency when I called to get my room serviced with towels and coffee. After my third day, I asked to have the sheets changed and it took four phone calls three to housekeeping and one to the front desk to finally get someone to come clean my room. A resort where I’m paying $700 a night. I had a great room with nice location on the Water side, but the Service needs some help.
