The Dana on Mission Bay

This is my favorite hotel of all san diego! I literally stayed back to back 2 months in a row. Everything is perfect at this hotel! Rooms are clean staff is super friendly, pools and a beautiful view of mission bay. I will only stay here! Me and my daughter love the dana 💕

Nice atmosphere

We had a marina view and very close to the pool. It was a great stay for my family of 4.

Great food but very slow service and the complimentary coffee is only available at exactly 7 am, if you go to the lobby at 7:40 they will direct you to the bar and charge $5 for a cup of Joe .

Finding parking near our room was a struggle because people using the marina took the available parking by the hotel rooms.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The outdoor pool is very large and was kept extremely clean. Great views over the bay and excellent location for all things on Mission Beach.

Regular lawn chairs would be more useful for older folks who cannot sit on the ground!

Great customer service and attitude from staff

My family stayed at this beautiful property for 4th of July weekend and couldn’t hVe picked a better spot. It was so beautiful. The rooms were spotless clean, the property is green a shaded in hot days and the view was amazing. Bar and restaurant were good too. Plus it’s dog friendly which was perfect. Will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful location, room very clean! Loved how helpful all staff was. I wish the laundry room was open longer hours for guests.

The room smelled damp/humid almost mold like smell. We did request for the room to be cleaned but at that point our experience was already at a low. Staff were not helpful. The pool was nice though.

The rooms are super clean they come in every morning to do the beds and clean up. The staff is absolutely exceptional. The location is by far a 2 minute drive from mission beach. The pools are clean and well taken care of. We will always stay here. We have never been disappointed.

Very clean property. The food at the restaurant was excellent. The pool was on point. The rooms are awesome. Can’t wait to stay there again.

We found the spider in the bed underneath the sheet.

My room was cleaned everyday. The front desk staff was very helpful. The Firefly restaurant was very good. Friendly staff and excellent food.

Room with the balcony was great. I fell asleep the first hour on the balcony. Staff were great. Firefly restaurant was relaxing and the food and drinks were great for romantic evening.

The room was very small and way, way overpriced. Carpet was dirty, it stained our socks. The bathroom is tiny with creaking water pipes. Very small air conditioner located away from the sleeping area. Took a long time to cool the room off. Was not impressed for the amount of money we spent. Also there was no mention of paying an extra $35 per night for parking. Would not recommend.
