Very dirty Very old Dirty bed and bathroom

Decent location with a great view, restaurant was delicious for breakfast

The rooms are very clean but no chairs to sit on in the rooms and no place to put soap in the shower. Also we did not know we needed to arrange for clean towels to be put in our room when our dog was out. Air conditioner was too loud to run

And the hotel room it smells horrible when we walked in like cleaning supplies like bleach and not in a good way it just wasn’t clean. It’s like run down there. There was no parking available because they were doing construction next-door.

Great stay! Will be back!

This hotel is very pet friendly and close to the beach. Staff is very friendly. We had a wonderful stay. Will be back for sure.

For a quick overnight stay this location is doable. Friendly staff. The view and location are great, however the Inn itself is dated. We had a broken ceiling fan, super loud A/C, remote didn't work TV. Bathroom needs a redo. Price point decent for the location not for the Inn itself.

This is an older hotel and the room was a bit run down -but it backs up to a green grass park and then the dog beach. The bottom floor rooms have small back patios that open onto a fenced area with astro turf. Perfect to sit out with the dogs while they dry off from the beach - as long as other guests have well behaved dogs also. We really enjoyed our stay.

It was dog friendly. Although I have small dogs and some German shepherds showed up and the women said she wasn’t sure if they would attack my dog. When my multipoo went near her window she picked him up and tossed him. Not cool but not the hotels fault either.

View and beach access were good.

Having the dog run right outside our patio was great. And with just a 2-minute walk to the dog beach we had a great time. The motel is a little dated and worn, but clean and comfortable.

Really nice staff, the room was good. When I asked for an extra blanket the one they gave me was super stained and full of holes. Didn’t even look washed. But everything else was fine, AC was great and great location.

Helpful staff, and we appreciate front office gave us advice of a question we had and also very clean but alot needs to be updated. Old shower floor, seems as if it dirty but is just too old, as well as the hand towel hanger which fell off as soon as we got the towel, then our main front door lock handle broken from inside but were able to lock it. Our back sliding door lock also not easy to lock, was loose. But still felt safe since we were in second floor with nice balcony. We did like they have a coffe/food truck in parking lot entrance. And super close to ocean which is dog friendly as well as hotel and to Sea world.

Right when we got in the room, it smelled like wet dog and almost like having a wet swimsuit and you left it in your trunk for a week and you opened it that’s the best way I could describe it TV controller had tape covering the batteries. The coffee maker had dust and dirt where you put the water. The shower didn’t drain well correctly overflow was the cause after I walked into the room I smelled the odor and looked up there reviews and some people had some bedbugs in their room prior to me staying there so that prompt me to check under blankets, pillowcases, etc., and when I uncovered the bed, there was pee, stains all over the bed frame and bed itself. I will never recommend this place and I will never return even if I got it for free.

Walking distance to beach. Great if you have dogs. Ok even if you don't.

Motel was run down. It was near the airport and not well insulated so planes were VERY noisy. There was not enough parking for all of the rooms. They charge a parking fee and if you have to park on the street they will reimburse you, if you ask. The only upside is location. It’s a beautiful little beach area that you can walk to. But, I wouldn’t choose this place again.

Benedict’s was amazing!!! It’s a little breakfast place on the property and it did not disappoint! The pool was awesome and the staff were friendly.
