Very attentive staff, and eager to help. Kids loved the main pool and amenities. The pool close at 22:00 and they had movies playing at night while swimming. Restaurant and bar onsite are great. Great location, close to all the beaches and tourist attractions like Seaworld.

Clean room. Rooms are large and beautiful. They have private backyard and front porch. I love it.

The website makes it seem like a luxury spa. It is not. It is an elevated campground for families. If that is your vibe, it is excellent. The food on property was amazing but it was more geared to families with young children than teens and less upscale than the website appears.

    Nice location, nothing too fancy

I didnt like the fact that Barefoot Bar restrooms weren’t very clean or attractive. Also our room cleaner didn’t come at all one day, and she never changed our sheets (once we told her they didn’t need to be changed, but that was just once and she never changed them at all.)

Best place to stay, would go back again

My husband and two boys 8 and 12 went for 4 days. It was a great experience. The staff is wonderful and they had a lot of things to do to keep the kids entertained. It was convenient to text the front desk for any needs and you could order food and make reservations for activities on your phone. The property is beautiful and it really felt like we were in paradise. We will definitely be back.

Fantastic resort in the Mission Bay area with lots of amenities for the family to use (tennis, mini golf, basketball, pickle ball etc) as well as kayaks and paddleboards for hire. Property was very well maintained and felt very safe for families. Resort was incredibly busy over the 4th July weekend but even then it was possible to find available loungers at one of the pools. Room was a good size and was nicely furnished and very clean. The takeout breakfast options were reasonably priced, however the restaurant menus (barefoot, tidal, and main pool bar) had limited options. What was available was of a decent standard. Mission Bay bars and restaurants were good although parking can be very difficult especially at the weekend. Our family had a great time at Paradise Point and would happily recommend.

First of all the check in took a long time. I had to wait for 2 hours for the room to be ready. Second, I m a clean freak and I saw one of the things they mentioned is everyday room service. However, the people who cleaned the room did not change the bed cover or sheets they just replaced towels nothing else. I was so disappointed. I booked a king beach front with fireplace and every time I take my dog to beach and come back the room gets messy and I had to stay in the mess for 5 days. I will never book with them again.

Great old school resort to relax and unwind. The flora and fauna weren’t well maintained and there was duck feces covering a lot of the walking paths, but were cleaned each night. The on-site restaurant TIDAL is a must try experience. Ask for the patio to sit outside facing the dock. A delightful experience.

We visit at least once a year. Our room was clean, and we had a great view of the lagoon. My husband prefers the lagoon view and I prefer the beach side, so we rotate between them. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional, while Housekeeping was very nice, helpful, and efficient. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning.

Property is older, towels and linens economy/average, Lanai (garden) units do not specify street facing verse garden facing when nightly rate is the same. Great resort for family with many amenities from pools, miniature golf, ping-pong, bike and water sport rentals. I support additional resort fees for amenities as mentioned above, however I do find charging $49 nightly rates for vehicle that has parking spot assigned to your unit ridiculous and price gouging. Nightly cost for parking was highest one of the I’ve paid when comparing the property, which was not Las Vegas. This becomes a hidden cost that if aware may allow families to compare other properties. Lastly, in my opinion this establishment lacks main pool security. Daily free public parking is adjacent to main pool and I personally spoke to a few couples and families that were swimming/lounging in pool that were not staying on property.

The rooms are very spacious and I love that the property is self contained. Its in a great location really close to sea world but I go a few times a year and dont even leave the property. Several beautiful pools to choose from restaurants bike and boat rentals all there. Perfect place ti just unwind and relax. Very tropical setting and very quiet place to just chill.

It was a great experience highly recommend for families looking for fun activities for the kids!

Property was well maintained, just some of the amenities in the paradise premium rooms were a little dated.

My family and I really loved staying at this resort. It was very beautiful with great scenery on and off the property. The convenience of being able to just walk to the beach was great. All staff were great and very attentive.

It was nice! We traveled with a small child and loved that it was so close to a calm beach with small waves. The pools were also nice and the rooms clean. The only two downsides was that they only had one sit down restaurant with not such amazing food and then a coffee bar in the morning, both overpriced for the quality. It’s also a bummer that they state one price on the hotel website and then add all these extra fees and additions, just charge people up front for the full cost and don’t sneak in the extra $49 parking per day and resort fees last minute.

    Nice resort and view.
