Very close to Petco Park and lots of restaurants

Property was great for a solo traveler.

Great location for the Gaslamp district!

Our room was clean and ready when we arrived. The hotel is extremely close to Petco Park, which was the reason for our stay. Breakfast is always an added bonus and well done. Parking was very easy to access. We will stay here when we attend events at Petco Park.

Great spot for the area and walkable to a lot. On site parking was very convenient.

We stayed from August 14–18 and were extremely disappointed by the lack of housekeeping and parking problems. We paid $50 per night for four days of parking, yet our assigned spot was taken by someone else, leaving us to figure out where to park. The biggest issue was the complete lack of housekeeping. We were scheduled for service on August 16, but by August 15 we had already run out of toilet paper. After calling the front desk, someone brought us one roll, but provided no other supplies or service. Housekeeping did not come on August 16. When I called, I was assured service would occur on August 17. I was told our room had not been serviced because we supposedly had a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door. That was untrue. On August 17, we again received no service. We had no toilet paper, no Kleenex, no clean towels, overflowing garbage cans, and soiled towels piling up in the room. I went to housekeeping myself and was told I should have called while staff were still on the floor. Despite explaining that service had already been arranged and that I had contacted the front desk, I was instructed to place the garbage and soiled towels in the hallway. I had to carry supplies to our room myself, and the garbage and towels remained in the hallway until the next day. We received no housekeeping during our entire four-night stay, despite repeated requests. On August 18, the manager offered only a $100

Staff was helpful polite.

If it weren’t for the location I probably would’ve rated less. I thought room would have been bigger but at the same time I wasn’t surprised that it was tight quarters. Luckily it was only two of us and of average height and build, 5’5 and small/medium. Any bigger or taller would probably be uncomfortable, that’s just my opinion.

Awesome staff. Great room for the price, Fridge and microwave were a plus. Comfy beds.

Absolutely wonderful stay. Everyone was helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was by far one of the most enjoyable out of many stays at other places. Parking was incredible convenient. Will definitely be staying again in the future! Thank you to all the staff in your hard work and enjoyable presence!

Save yourself the trouble and do not book here. The photo you see on this sight is not the actual hotel. It is an enhanced photo. The hotel rooms are cramped. Two suitcases can't be open at the same time. There was hair on the sliding bathroom door. The lighting is harsh, if it works at all. Our remote did not work. The breakfast was cramped and depressing.

Close to Petco Park

The breakfast was great. The thing I didn't like was being woken up 3 in morning by someone knocking at my door.

This was a nice hotel and very affordable for the downtown area. Great free breakfast. Very clean and comfy room. Staff were very pleasant. Perfect one night stay.
