Great place to stay around the downtown
-
Bugs were found in the bathroom and the shower tub, parking was $50 per night.

Clean room, had everything needed. Small room but all I was looking for was a bed and shower with a location in Gaslamp. Perfect for one person. $50/daily parking fee across street…expensive but not going to complain.

Horrible experience, they wouldn’t do room service, their excuse was they only do service every other day. Rooms are so small you barely fit. Rooms way over priced and then still have to pay $50 a night for parking. I will never stay at this hotel ever again.

Always a nice stay. The breakfast is great! Good if you are going to be in Gaslamp

My room 209 had a sweat stained comforter, food debris on the floor, black mold in the shower and a window that could not close. I had to request a room change at 2:00am due to the amount of noise coming from the streets below and a window that was stuck open at least 12 inches. When I called to front desk Hailey gave me a difficult time. She eventually moved me to another room but was unapologetic about it. I will never stay at Comfort Inn again.

Bugs in the room. Dude said it’s the nicest hotel he worked .. lol
-
Not luxury, but a decent clean room to sleep.

The rooms do not look anything like the actual property. The sidewalks are lined with homeless people, tents, human waste, needles, and other similar things. The air conditioning is a window unit to that same area. The room is tiny, dark, stained, moldy, with bugs.

First, the room was significantly smaller than expected based on the description and photos presented online. The listing did not accurately reflect the limited size of the accommodations, which made the stay less comfortable than anticipated. Additionally, the information regarding the number of beds was misleading. The listing included photos that appeared to show multiple beds in the room, creating the impression that the room would comfortably accommodate our party. Upon arrival, the actual room configuration did not match the expectations established by the photos and listing details. Accurate representations of room layouts and bed configurations are essential for travelers when making booking decisions. Another concern was the lack of information regarding parking. The Hotels.com listing did not clearly explain parking availability, costs, or nearby options. I would like to note that the hotel itself provided excellent customer service. In particular, Angel at the front desk was extremely helpful and professional. He took the time to identify nearby parking lots and parking structures, and he also provided excellent recommendations for local eateries and bars in the area. The hotel’s location was another positive aspect of the stay.

-
Staff was pretty helpful Pretty busy area PARKING IS NOT FREE at hotel
-
The WIFI was really bad, couldnt work on my room.
-
We had an issue with checkin this time--the room we were given wasn't what I requested. And the next morning we found that the shower didn't work. We were able to get a different room with a working shower for the next night, but given the cost for what we get, I think it's time to look for a new San Diego hotel. Sorry.

Staff was amazing. They were very helpful and provided great customer service

Friendly staff and clean rooms. They were able to let me check out late due to a teleconference I needed to attend. The wifi speed was ok in the morning for the zoom meeting. A bit on the noisy side as all the hotels in downtown San Diego. But the hotel provided earplug of you need them. It quiets down on the street after 11 pm.
