Even though I only stayed one night, I will be back for sure. Location, Easy check in, Clean, Quiet, roomy, a patio outside the room, and love the Bar on site to wind down the evening.

Very nice, clean, and great food

Hotel is old but maintained. We did have a nat in the room and what appeared to be a flea on the floor in the bathroom. Location was convenient to downtown, about 15 minute uber ride. Parking was $28. I wouldn’t stay here again for $300 but I’m sure the price was hiked up for the 4th of July. We paid much less than what the hotels were going for downtown.

If you’re booking this for the Crown Plaza name. Do yourself a favor and don’t. Property is super dated!
-
Nice hotel even for short stay.
-
Terrible experience and service! I do not recommend this property.

This hotel was great! We stayed for 4 days and had everything we needed. It is an older hotel, looks a lil sketch at first glance, but it was safe and just what we needed. The pool is heated, perfect for night swims. I did not eat on the property, but it seemed busy and popular! Was quiet, and clean. I'd go back.

Sadly the fountain in the courtyard was empty and no maintenance was being done in it. The elevator was covered in spiderwebs other than that the room was clean and the bed incredibly comfortable.
-
Large property. Showing a little wear and tear but stay was fine. Nice bar area.

A very pleasant hotel and good staff!

The room was clean and comfortable. The view from our room was lovely. We overlooked the golf course. I would stay here again.
-
$18 a night for parking with a discount. Lot was secure which is nice. Property is just dated. No water in the water fountains.

The pool and the Jacuzzi were nice they had towels on the side We checked in late around 11pm and when we walked in everyone looked away or acted busy until one lady assisted us. She told me they take parking out of the deposit didn’t ask if that was ok just kind of told us and you can’t pay cash or switch credit cards at check out. She didn’t give us our breakfast vouchers that we paid for (not included with room) so we didn’t have them at breakfast the kind hostess at the restaurant got them for us. The Property is very outdated and basic for the amount we paid. We stayed on the 6th floor and it smelled bad outside we were facing the parking lot and the bushes horrible view. we put notes in the booking that it was our child’s birthday and there was nothing done. The balcony door did not lock. Room was very basic nothing special at all no microwave which was requested in the notes but it did come with a fridge. One of the ponds were empty the elevator windows were disgusting and had water stains like they don’t clean them. Parking should be included if I’m staying at a hotel but hey I guess that’s normal now smh. The bar and restaurant doesn’t open until 3 which doesn’t make sense. We wanted drinks during the day. The breakfast that we paid for was buffet style but at the restaurant. could have been included in price the servers only brought drinks and cleaned tables. Thank you to the hostess for bringing my son a slice of cake with candle since he had on his birthday sash. We decided to do late check out so we could get in the pool charged for that. the pool and jacuzzi was probably the only good thing at the hotel and the nice restaurant staff. Pool and jacuzzi have towels on the side to grab. Marketplace store prices are expensive $6 for a Powerade $6 for coconut water $5 for a hersey bar. Overall I’m 100% sure there are better hotels to stay at for the amount we paid!

It was resort like but needs some upgrades. Was clean but aged. The breakfast was ok needs something for $22. The breakfast was basically the same as the what u get at any other hotel with a breakfast buffet that is included. It was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly The food was not worth $22.
-
Very nice hotel. Clean rooms, pleasant staff and the bar was great.
-
Spacious room, but there were fruit flies at the restaurant and centipedes in the bathroom. Also, the AC was incredibly loud.
