The hotel was much older than expected and the rooms were small and smelled and you could hear through the walls. Breakfast was decent.

The staff was wonderful and helpful, especially with our towel and sheet issues. However, there seemed to be no proper supervision or room inspection. The room was extremely dirty and humid. Our clothes could not dry overnight, and after bringing them home, even clean clothes smelled like mold. The AC did not cool the room at all — it only blew warm air, like a hair dryer. On last day,while packing,we discovered a dried, almost mummified piece of pizza on top of the wardrobe cabinet,along with old plastic spoons, sugar, dirt and a lot of dust. We only discovered this because we were looking for our son’s goggles, which had been misplaced after being left by the pool. If we had seen this on the first day, we would have checked out and contacted Expedia immediately. We have pictures as proof. The pool was dirty, there were not enough lounge chairs, and the pool towels were basically the size of hand towels. Breakfast was extremely basic and exactly the same every day. The location was convenient, but unfortunately that does not make up for the poor cleanliness and maintenance. We feel we deserve compensation for such a disappointing stay and hope management takes this seriously. Sincerely, Valerie DeFina

We really enjoyed our stay overall. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and we had a very pleasant experience. There were just two things I didn’t particularly like. Breakfast is only served from 6:00 to 9:00 AM, which feels a little early when you’re on vacation and would like to sleep in. The biggest downside for me was the $20 per night parking fee. The hotel has plenty of parking spaces on its own property, so I don’t really understand why guests have to pay an additional fee just to park their car. In my opinion, parking should be included for hotel guests. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and were happy with the hotel.

Staff was so friendly when checking in and when I needed some extra towels. Nice breakfast variety. The pool and hot tub was my favorite and I also loved that they had a laundry room

We had a great stay at this place. It was close to the highway and offered a variety of delicious breakfast options.

The property and rooms are dated, but the staff were hospitable and responsive. Check in was seamless. The breakfast is very basic but was nonetheless appreciated. My daughter loved the pool and overall we enjoyed our stay here. There is plenty of on street parking nearby.

Bad smell in room

The only positive thing I can say about the quality of my stay is that the pool and hot tub were maintained properly.

First room had a terrible odor so we had to change rooms. Second room was the wrong room type. The third room was acceptable at first but then we realized it was infested with drain flies. We decided to kill the flies and close the drains instead of playing room roulette for the fourth time. Pillows were uncomfortable. Bathrooms were tired. Would not stay here again.

Great stay for the price

Everything was good except for it the add it says self parking which we did. We parked in the streets. Because there no little or no parking. Lots of big working trucks. They hotel charged us for 2 nights ? Why if we had to park in the streets. That was the only thing that was a dissapointment. Breakfast was good.

Great location and pretty much every attraction is within 15-20 mins from the hotel. Staff is very responsive and resolved a billing issue promptly. The area is pretty safe and we parked on the street. We stayed on the 4th floor and the highway noise was negligible for us. Breakfast was decent and we will definitely stay here in future.
