Good breakfast and clean room. Nice location to attractions.

Breakfast was good. Pool was a little dirty. The elevators were slow. The shower could have used a new shower head and the tub was a little slippery. Overall it was okZ

We regret to inform you that our recent stay resulted in bed bug bites sustained by my son and wife. We are profoundly disappointed by this experience and urge you to address this matter promptly. Enjoyed breakfast with the family the rooms are awesome with bunk beds kids enjoyed and had a blast, will definitely be back again

When we arrived we had to be escorted because the key card system was not working, not a big problem for me, but it gives other guest the opportunity to complain in which they did however, the staff tried to calm the person down but that Karen was just not listening. Extra staff for better assistance.

The place was clean, however the room I had smelled really old almost moldy. I had 3 little ones so it made me u comfortable.

We were staying during a very busy time (Comicon). Hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful - a super warm welcome and felt staff were doing everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. Wifi was down for 2 days but staff were working hard to fix. Pool and pool area are ok. Breakfast area is huge and lots of options. It’s a 2-3 min walk to get the bus to the Old Town so you can take the trolly. Overall a great value for money and what really stood out is the staff.

The location of this hotel is excellent. The only problem is it's listed as a 3 star hotel and should be rated as a 2 star hotel. It is in desperate need of a serious remodel.

This hotel is very conveniently located. It's close to Old Town, Downtown, and the San Diego Zoo. The hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful. The hotel felt clean and well maintained. Pool area was kept clean. Continental breakfast was served, and well stocked.

Its so beautiful for the family when you have kido.

We stayed for 8 nights and were satisfied with everything. Breakfast was phenomenal and I’ve never seen so many waffle makers plus different flavors! Location was convenient to all of the touristy attractions. Only down side if you call it was they always seemed to be out of pool towels when we were there. We bought boogie and skim boards from 5 below and left them for future guests since we couldn’t take them back.

Everything was great would definitely stay again!!
