Really good service and they ask if you need anything else and make sure you are good and have a good sleep

Also I had to circle the lot 3 times to find parking and only manage a spot because it was shift change at the desk and I took the spot an employee had been in.

Thank God it was just one night. No towels in the bathroom except one hand towel. Sad. Called front desk, they had no one there to bring any to me, even though I had stepped out of the shower and was wet, all I had was the one hand towel and then I had to get dressed to go get more towels right before going to bed. Sucked. All the USB ports were broken so I couldn’t even charge up my phone which I needed to do. Clerk had no plug-in block but said “I could leave the phone there to charge at the front desk.” That would not work. Pfffft. Saw a cockroach crawling down the wall. Killed it. Creepy and disgusting. Ugh. Hallways were dirty, there was filthy hair and the orange cap from a medical syringe next to the elevator which was covered with badly peeling paint. Stairways were dirty. I could never get on the Wi-Fi even with the correct password, it said I had to move closer to the equipment but that was not possible. Who knows where that was? No place with food or snacks within walking distance. Hotels.com couldn’t/wouldn’t do anything so I complained to the manager. He gave me a 50% refund which was adequate but unfortunately this has soured me on ever staying in another Motel 6.

There was a working tv. The air-conditioning was super loud. The bathroom floor was coming up and the staff was not friendly. Also I had a hubcap taken off my rental.
-
It was ok NA
-
Front desk helpful, property rundown, a housekeeping car was left all day and night by the stair, homeless people by the side that hotel faces the road.
-
Terrible
-
The location was great The air conditioning did not work. The beds were hard and there was only 2 flat pillows.

Thanks

I treated my stay as, you get what you pay for mentality, 118.00 per day (2 day stay). The towels had hair on them, so I replaced them and the next batch had cotton and lint sticking on my skin/body/hair. The main sink faucet was very wiggly/loose and had to hold in place to turn on. My key cards deactivated twice, and just overall, the walls corner to corner were beyond filthy.

We stayed in a room that had mold. And
-
The property confirmed they could accommodate my mom’s disabled patient by providing a room that was accessible, when we arrived they did not provide this and have yet to refund our money for the one day they checked out early.
-
This place is filthy.
-
La cama es cómoda pero los pisos están sucios el baño igual el aire acondicionado hace mucho ruido
-
In our non-smoking room, it smelled too much as smoke.
-
You get what you pay The room is dirty and smells weed, food scraps are in the hallway. Not recomended. Bad review
-
It is a last resort type place.
-
I’ve stayed here a few times and it’s always clean and the staff is always helpful.
-
It was easy to find since it was right off the freeway. Room was clean. The bed was a little flimsy but it did the work.

If you have other lodging options, I recommend them instead of this property. Service wasn’t good. Staff wasn’t helpful or knowledgeable. The property itself was dated, tired and in serious disrepair. The seal on the entry door to my ground floor room was mostly missing. There were holes in the walls. The A/C - heating unit was erratic and in need of a complete overhaul. I never had a full towel set even after requesting them multiple times from the front desk. There were people hanging around outside my door in the parking lot. The only redeeming value was location of the property to freeways (I-8, I-5, CA-163). Completely tearing down and rebuilding the property is needed.
