The price was extremely affordable for a roof over your head. Ac worked great. Checking/checking out was great. Unfortunately there were roaches in the room, overwhelming smell of cigarette and marijuana (on the non-smoking floor), tons of noise (from upstairs/downstairs/outside/inside/lots of dogs/children). Lots of loitering. No housekeeping (had to find someone to ask for tp and towels, and still did not receive towels because they had not received their towel delivery). The location was great.

No air conditioning the place was like an abandoned building dirty everywhere and nothing like we have made reservations for. I ask for 2 beds instead got one ugly old bed with worn out sheets

Upon arriving we knew that something was not right. Police already in front of the hotel conducting some kinda of stop. Many people loitering in the parking lot. The smell of marijuana in the air and people hanging out in the parking lot. Despite this we got the room because we thought…we are only going to stay for the night ….and it was late. We proceeded to get the room and they assigned us to the first floor of the tower. We got our bags and decided to take the stairs since the elevator was slow. As we approached the first floor we encountered a homeless man rummaging through the trash can…another bad sign. Then after making my family enter into the first floor hallway…it look decrepid….dingy…paint peeling off the wall…it smelled and more smell of marijuana in the air. At this point we knew we couldn’t stay here…especially with children because we did not feel safe. Despite this we still checked out the room. From the minute or so we spent in the room we decided this place was not for us. We felt that we were “Catfished” and Expedia was helped to dupe us. We immediately left and put the luggage back in the car. It was crazy because this hotel was priced over $300 per night. I would not have paid $50 per night for this place. We sat in the rental car and struggled to find a place to stay as it was late and the majority of the hotels were sold out. We eventually found a place at 3 times the cost….but thought better safe than sorry.

The property smelled like urine and was not clean .. we stayed 2 nights 3 days we only had towels the fist day we asked housekeeping and front office 5 times and never received towels , there were people who lived there who looked unclean and made the stay uncomfortable pay a little extra somewhere else not worth it !

The experience was borderline apocalyptic. I honestly thought, "How bad could it be?" We arrived after 11 pm and stayed about 10 minutes. Long enough to find another hotel. The "security" door to enter the building was broken and the fix was a dirty rag shoved into the space where the handle should be, the hallways were full of wet linens and trash, the whole building reeked of urine, from the elevator all the way into our room. The popcorn on the ceiling in the room was bubbled and had obvious signs of mold. I believe in affordable housing, but I also believe the public should know if the hotel they booked is multitasking as said affordable housing. Didn't even check out, we just left. It was ComicCom weekend, so we paid a price for this mistake, but there was no way I was staying. I wish I had photos to share. All I have is a video where I drop the F bomb way too may times for public consumption. We fully plan of filing formal complaints to both Motel 6 and Expedia for this experience. It was vile.

The hotel room and building smelled badly we had to buy lysol and air freshener , the bathroom was dirty and the floors were dirty just made for a bad stay

This motel was awful and disgusting. Staff was not very attentive or informative about the facility. The hallways smelled and were dirty. The elevator had used condoms on the floor. Stairwell was trashy and door handles were questionable. I would never stay there again and would not recommend this place to anyone.

The place had bugs flying around the room. A/C went out (it was over 100 outside) maintenance never showed up. Towels were paper thin. No amenities at all.

It full of transit people, gave a bad impression.. room smelled like weed lots of noise and people yelling . I left within 30 minutes I checked in. Front end person was rude check me in while on the phone never really payed attention.. I wouldn’t book a room ever again in this location..

The design of the room was pretty good. I wasn't to impressed with being able to sit comfortably in the room and I'm not sure what that was. It look like a corner chair from a restaurant in the old days.. overall not too bad
