Homewood Suites by Hilton San Diego Hotel Circle/SeaWorld Area

the property was nice and seemed new. Parking spaces were much too small. It made parking a nightmare. if you did fit into a spot it would be hard to exit your own vehicle. Also, in a 4 day stay, they only cleaned the room once.

Everything was perfect. Ready to go back. Nothing

I had a bad experience staying here because I requested extra blankets at least 3 times cuz it was cold in the room, and my little girl was super cold and never got them. They only took to the room some sheets after hours and only apologized that thats all they had, and that they were short staff.

Everything is good! We enjoyed the pool and sauna! Clean so rounding and breakfast buffet are good

Booked a suite to have a separate room for our young child to nap / sleep in which worked well. Location was nice for trips to Balboa park and old town. A couple EV chargers were available for free. Air conditioner was a bit loud. The EV chargers weren't marked well so non-EVs parked in the spaces blocking them a few times. Also 2 of the 4 were marked as not working.

Loved the large rooms with kitchenette’s . Clean, breakfast was good and staff very helpful

Location was within 10 minutes of many things. The seating area outside was very nice and welcoming. The front desk staff was very helpful and kind. The free breakfast was decent and the one bedroom suite we were in was spacious and had a kitchenette, so we were able to get actual groceries and not have to eat out everyday. Requested housekeeping services and no one ever came. Daily parking fee was $27.

Only complaint were the pillows. They were tiny and not comfortable at all (no matter how many you had).

My main concern was the housekeeping service. Since we were staying in a suite with a reservation for six people, I would have expected the room to be serviced daily, including fresh towels and basic cleanup. Instead, we had to request fresh towels, which was inconvenient, especially with six guests sharing the suite. Overall, the stay was okay, but more consistent daily housekeeping would have made the experience much better.

Breakfast and location were great Front desk personnel were arrogant and not helpful at all.

Very nice property close to every place I planned to visit

We were going to Seaworld, so the location was excellent and had some good restaurants close by. You could supply the kitchen with a little more cleaning product. There was no dish rag or sponge, only one dishwasher tablet, no dish soap, and only one dish towel. They never let us know that we could have called housekeeping to get more.

Exceptional

I think this hotel is a good stay but why charge $27 a day to self park? I understand hotels by the ocean charging these rates to park your own car but this hotel is inland. Just a waste of money. Hot tube was warm not hot. Pleasing the children who use it. Air conditioner was loud screeching sound We won’t stay here again.

Very clean room, nice breakfast. Kind and professional staff. We stayed at different Homewood by Hilton, and this one is just much better than others. Very new and clean and good location that easy to go to the motorway. Quiet too. Standard American breakfast, but almost no veggie.
