Great stay

Room had a couch that was worn out and a little musky but we didn’t plan on using it so I didn’t complain. Other than that staff was helpful, the breakfast is great and we had a good stay.

Water and coffee in the lobby always! Hot tub was great! Super staff! Nice suite with full kitchen! Comfy bed-. Will definitely go back there.

We stayed here four nights for Comicon 2026 and it was a great location and comfortable room for our needs. The one-bedroom suite allowed us to have a bedroom separate from the living/kitchen areas which was really nice. Rooms were spacious and the bathroom updated and modern. Great AC! The only odd thing as far as the stay was that when housekeeping cleaned our room, they didn't leave additional towels, but I think they may have had a lot of demand at the time. We had some sent up to the room, no problem. The desk staff were very helpful, and directed us on things like the shuttle bus and parking details. The included breakfast looked really good, though we didn't have time to partake. Location was great, maybe 15 min drive from the airport. A major plus for Comicon was that this hotel is included in the shuttle bus route, meaning a bus literally picks you up from the hotel! No need to drive down or Uber to the convention center. No need to take a very crowded trolley. A 30-min bus ride to and from the event, and they arrive every 15 min. Couldn't have made a better decision on the hotel, and we'll definitely be back next year!

It's my first time staying here the hotel is family friendly it's one of the main things I was looking for.The free breakfast buffet my kids enjoyed it.. specially the waffles. My only complaint there were not enough bath towels an only one toilet paper roll.I called guess services and asked for clean towels,extra roll of toilet paper..it was never delivered. The A.C was a little noisy but besides that our experience was good.

We need more variety of foods for Breakfast also we need to fix the time for all days to be available from 6.00 To 10.00 AM

Came with a family of 6. Everything was honestly fitting and perfect for us. The only thing that was annoying was having to ask for more towels so each of us can have our own towel. Breakfast was good for FREE EVERY MORNING. There dinner options Mon-Wed were not horrible but also not the best. The laundry room was perfect.

I got room 142 and it was a dead zone had no mobile service

Need to extend time of Breakfast to 10 o’clock, and second parking spot is too small for SUV or Minivan or Specifying spot for those cars please this is my kindly request from your team, otherwise you guys Amazing.

Attempts to escalate the issue were unsuccessful. I was told the manager, Fabian, could assist, but calls were not answered and the manager was not on site. Additionally, the room’s ventilation was poor, the AC unit was extremely loud, and I developed a sore throat that I believe was caused by environmental irritants. Overall, the conditions made it difficult to rest and enjoy my stay.

Overall, had a great experience staying here at this location. The hospitality was great. Upon arrival, the check-in was excellent and did not have any issues. I truly appreciate them upgrading us to a corner room. The room was excellent and very spacious. When requested something needed, the staff was able to attend more needs in a timely manner. I truly look forward to staying at this location in the future.
