Great stay! Wonderful central location to just about everything in San Diego. Don’t overthink staying here on Hotel Circle verses other more expensive areas of San Diego - it is still beautiful San Diego, and you are a perfect drive to anywhere and anything you want to see or go, and local to any amenities and stores/grocery you may need. All week we kept saying how glad we were we stayed here! Breakfast was huge and great, beautiful, cool room, and the kindest staff - shoutout to Ador who was the best! And free dinner Monday - Wednesday nights! We loved our suite! Stay here - a wonderfully safe, clean, cool home away from home in San Diego. We would come back again!

My family and I enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Good breakfast and free dinner Mon-Wed. Kind out of small heated outdoor pool. Kids had fun.

The hotel is conveniently located near Little Italy and South San Diego, which is exactly why we chose it. It is very close to downtown. To be honest, downtown is beautiful at night, but it has a large homeless population, and walking around there after dark is not highly recommended.Regarding the room, it felt quite outdated. The bed bases were not very clean, and they definitely need to replace the beds altogether. We actually had to ask for the sofa bed to be replaced because the mattress looked yellowish. However, I must highlight that when I complained, the supervisor came immediately to address and resolve the issue.Unfortunately, the lack of soundproofing was another major issue. Every single morning, starting as early as 6:00 AM or 7:00 AM, there was constant stomping, jumping, and loud thumping noises coming from the room above us (we suspect it was a child). It was an unbelievable amount of noise that simply didn't let us sleep. We have never experienced this level of noise disturbance at any other hotel before.The cleanliness also leaves a lot to be desired, especially because the room triggered a severe allergic reaction for me. This hotel is pet-friendly, allowing both dogs and cats. In my opinion, if a hotel accepts pets, they should not have carpeted rooms, as carpets trap pet dander and dust mites. I suffered from bad allergies during the first few days of my stay. after I complained they deep-cleaned the room . Overall we would not stay here again.

The hotel was clean and modern. My children loved the pool and complimentary breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful. 10/10 would recommend to family and friends.

Rooms were large, full size fridge and a small cooktop, could cook in if you wanted. Sparsely furnished but lots of space for a family.

Will definitely stay again if needed.

Breakfast was included so that is plus. The indoor was nice and convenient. We liked that lots of places were closed by. Customer services were not at Par for Hilton Hotel standard - very poor housekeeping and customer service to guests who paid over $3800 for whole trip.

Great location for family driving or ubering. Not close to walk anywhere. Breakfast was great, pool was nice and staff were very attentive
