It’s cheap If I could rate this hotel. Less than a half a star I’ll give it. Towels are charged even with the slightest bit amount of dirty, they will charge you. Also an a direct deposit is secretly out of your bank takes 5-7 business days for it to be back.

Clean room, location, price.

Good location. Rosches. I had to leave in the middle of the night. The night clerk offered me another room. But in the same building...nope. so I went on line booked another room at Kings Inn. Best decision ever. No refund... but ill never go back. Roaches worse place ever. No bu

The bed was good. The toilet was WAY TOO LOW!!! I wish there were a decent breakfast!

Room smelled clean. Floors were slippery the whole stay. Saw a roach crawling around the microwave and coffee maker the morning I checked out. Very happy I didn’t use either.

We checked in at 5 pm and the room was still being cleaned by housekeeping, but they didn't refill the body wash in the bathroom. It was empty. The door did not work properly, had to close it several times before it would lock. On the inside, the door did not automatically lock. The soda machines did not work or were not on. The laundry room was hard to find because there was no sign on it. We tried to do laundry at 8:30 pm, but the laundry room was closed. That seems early to close. The front desk wasn't helpful in providing change. Some simple improvements could make this place so much better.

The close location to the beach was the only one good thing about this place. I would advise to really do your research before booking. As soon as we got in to our room we heard the beeping from the smoke alarm and noticed there were no towels. I called downstairs and was told "just take the battery out of the smoke alarm and come down for towels". I went downstairs, asked for towels and was given ONE. I then told him that there were 2 of us, he then said "I only have 4 left and have to share with other customers". Needless to say we won't ever be staying there again, you shouldn't either, pay the extra money and be comfortable.

Convenient Clerk took a long time to come to the desk

I have to wait an hour in the lobby before anyone showed up to begin check-in at time of check-in there had to be at least 10 people waiting

Night Manager was rude and not helpful. Didn't direct me to the room or even inform me if there was breakfast included. Was very short with me and not friendly at all. He was also rude when I asked for a late checkout. I would never stay there again as a result.
