The pool was dirty and they didn't turn the pool filter pump on once the entire 3 days we were there, the vending machines outside only worked if you got someone in the office to reset the breaker, the ice machine is filthy, the floors in the room looked as though it had been quite some time since they had been cleaned let alone mopped, everything in the room was crooked from the "art work" on the walls, to the beds and even night stand, the TV literally everything and it was all pulled away from the wall to top it all off. When I requested extra towels in the office I was told to request them from house keeping which leaves at 430, we were gone from 6am until approximately 7pm, so that wasn't really an option at that point. For a last minute, ghetto experience I totally recommend this hotel otherwise find some where else, you'll be much much happier

air conditioner worked very well

Room looked clean but the bed had a lot of li t from washing. Bathroom shower know fell off and kept spinning. The fire alarm sensor was going off but did get taken care of promptly( thank you). Pool stated it was open till 9pm but the staff lock it before sunset and state "no pool at night. No exception!" When pool was open there are dead bugs and lots of leaves and debris in the pool.

Nice place. Close to everything. Convenient freeway access . Inexpensive stay for a mid-level hotel. Great place for someone on a budget.

The room was clean, staff was helpful, parking was a little tricky...

room smelled musty

The luggage cart was awkward and not handling very well. The elevator was very slow moving. The walkways need to be steam cleaned and they are not very wide. upon entering the room, it was freezing cold. There were no hangers, there was no ironing board where it should be hanging, the bathroom sink was clogged, the soap bars were the smallest I've ever seen maybe smaller than a quarter. The entrance door had no seal around it making it easy for insects or spiders to get in. Seem like I was in an apartment complex rather than a hotel. Upon checking in the staff, member asked me for a card to pay my deposit of $100 which I gave him my bank card. Mind you I had used my American Express card to pay for the room totally separate charges, of course. I checked out the Fourth of July morning and was told I will receive my deposit 5 to 7 days after checking out. after seven days didn't receive my deposit back to my bank card account so I called and asked about it and I was told they would look into it. There were no damages in the room for them to keep the deposit. I called again and spoke to somebody. He told me that he would ask the other staff member about my deposit and couldn't help me at that time. I made several more inquiries about my deposit. On July 20 I called again. They seemed agitated by now and was told that they sent my deposit to my American Express card instead of my bank card. American Express kept $100 as a refund it would not give it back to me. I was not happy.

The room was not clean .. after reaching I found hairs on bathroom wall .. the wash basin was broken - fixed ..

Vending machines/ice machines don’t work and they are “3rd party maintained”. The only way to get water was to go to a convenience store down the road. The noise from the freeway was way too loud it’s like the window was open all night so if you do stay here ask for a room opposite of the freeway.

Room was semi clean can’t complain for the price

After getting uber rides to and from the hotel, i regret staying at this hotel. When i checked rates there were about $15. Then in the morning the rate was $35. For the extra $50 I could have stayed at a much nicer hotel with a shuttle

The room was poorly maintained. I got stuck in the elevator. The ice machine looked like rats lived in it

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed! In fact, it’s not even a hotel. It’s just a motel. Do not book!!!
-
The door was fallen off the hinge, I could stick my whole finger through the top which led to crickets and roaches coming into the room overnight it was terrible The elevator I KNOW hasn’t been inspected because it sounds like a cable is about to snap and can’t hold weight. Even the cleaning staff was taking the stairs which was telling. The carts to bring your stuff to your room are broken they don’t push correctly. The ac doesn’t cool mostly blows damp air and the windows are so thin it sounds like they’re open.

The 2nd day we were there, around 1pm the staff knocked on the door and ask when we will be checking out and we told her tomorrow. When I came out of the shower around 5pm, with the towel wrapped around me and someone tried to come in the room, I screamed and she said "sorry house keeping". Luckily I had the top latch-on so she couldn't come in. This was terrifying for me and my kids, we never have stayed in a hotel with staff barging into our room ever. We also saw house keeping put all the unwashed sheets/towels out on the parking lot ground with a large plastic cover underneath. This makes us really concerned the way how management run this place.

Good location and service
-
My room was neat and it got the job done.its close to airport, sea world and many other locations, so that helps
-
Not very well maintained, bathroom seems to have water damage in the roof and does not have shower supplies. Hotel breakfast is minimal, with milk, hot water, a coffee machine/tea bags, and some small muffins. There is no drinking water refill/fountain.
-
No towels were provided,I had to ask for them, the continental breakfast was just bread products and opened 90 minutes late, the sheets felt like rubber
