The 2nd day we were there, around 1pm the staff knocked on the door and ask when we will be checking out and we told her tomorrow. When I came out of the shower around 5pm, with the towel wrapped around me and someone tried to come in the room, I screamed and she said "sorry house keeping". Luckily I had the top latch-on so she couldn't come in. This was terrifying for me and my kids, we never have stayed in a hotel with staff barging into our room ever. We also saw house keeping put all the unwashed sheets/towels out on the parking lot ground with a large plastic cover underneath. This makes us really concerned the way how management run this place.

Room was very clean. Bed was very comfortable an everything was nice n neat. I am definitely staying again. An its. Near tby everything you need.

Good location and service
-
My room was neat and it got the job done.its close to airport, sea world and many other locations, so that helps
-
Not very well maintained, bathroom seems to have water damage in the roof and does not have shower supplies. Hotel breakfast is minimal, with milk, hot water, a coffee machine/tea bags, and some small muffins. There is no drinking water refill/fountain.
-
No towels were provided,I had to ask for them, the continental breakfast was just bread products and opened 90 minutes late, the sheets felt like rubber
-
The front manager was rude. He was the same gentleman asking me about my nationality which was uncomfortable. The towels had hair on them. Also found dry noodles behind the bed.

Checked in went to the room but it was dirty bed not made bathroom was gross had to go back to the office to get another room got the next room and the bathroom was torn apart so had to go back down again. Got another room and the lights and outlets didn’t work and couldn’t watch tv I didn’t want to go back down because it was getting stupid. The property was gross and needed washed. The bed was hard and when you moved around you could feel the springs and the metal frame would make noise. You could tell the door had been busted in before and could see the light through it. I’m glad that I only had to sleep there one night. The breakfast was a joke I went down and it was bread the juice machine didn’t work and couldn’t get the cereal out. No fruit! Waste of money!

the property cancelled my reservation then charged me $300 more to rent the same room when i got there.

bed bug! rude staff! Vomit hidden underneath a round table! They never came to clean it up, NEVER! Sketchy gang-members looking at you as you check-in, sheets that smell half-cleaned, so much more! come for the SD attractions, stay for the bed bugs, yup that sums it up!

Poor management, dirty, peeling paint, no shampoo, not enough towels, check in clerk sitting with bare feet on counter
-
Was charged twice, room didn’t have any towels. Door was slanted and didn’t close right, window wouldn’t shut close also so we could hear everyone walking by. Not a good stay at all
-
The room was not terrible, i was actually surprised when walking in. I didn't see bugs, but I also didn't feel comfortable sleeping under the blankets and did not shower. The "free breakfast" was bread, cereal, milk, coffee, water and apples, everything else was "out of order". The vending machines were sold out of everything. The ice machine is outside and disgusting. The night clerk that was there when checking in was kind, but seemed in a hurry to get me in and out. The morning clerk was short, and not approachable. There are far worse places to lay your head, but if you are looking for anything more than that, I would suggest going somewhere else.

Of the trip, which this hotel was literally the cheapest option that night in town. Crazy! Do not recommend!

Room was dirty and poorly maintained. Staff canceled one of our reservations and were unwilling and uncooperative to help us find other arrangements. In 4 days house keeping never came by our rooms even after requesting service and lastly one of our work trucks was broken into and approximately 8k worth of tools were stolen.
-
Very dirty and dusty, the floor is chipping. A lot of people tried to check in at night time and the staff keep asking somebody name instead of helping the customer one by one.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at the Howard Johnson on Hotel Circle. The room did not feel clean or properly maintained. In the bathroom area, there was visible dirt, stains, and what looked like grime or possible mold around the toilet and corners. The towel also appeared dirty/stained, which made the room feel unsanitary. The furniture and shelving had stains, marks, and dirty spots that looked like they had not been properly wiped down. Overall, the room felt neglected and not up to a basic hotel standard. Cleanliness is one of the most important things when staying at a hotel, and this room made me uncomfortable. I expected much better from a hotel guest room. Management should inspect these rooms more carefully and make sure they are cleaned thoroughly before allowing guests to check in. I would not recommend staying here unless serious improvements are made.

El personal del turno nocturno no fue atento, además no limpiaron el cuarto ni pusieron toallas limpias , así como hicieron las camas , por lo que no lo recomiendo

Наверное, она стоит этих денег.

waited an hour for management and still no show for assistance, no towels, floors were sticky, outlets didn’t work, bed covers were just sheets, pillows had stains on it. Easy accessible location to things. Only perks is the location
