Spacious end room. When checking out, I discovered there’s a goddamn $15 a day parking charge! Both my wife and I are handicapped and have service dogs for mobility. We had absolutely no choice but to park on the property. We’ve used Candlewood suites for the last four or five years in August and this is the first time we paid for parking. It will be the last because we will search elsewhere for lodging next year. Extremely pissed off about it.

Toilet didnt work in our 2 bathroom unit. And to top it off key card readers barely worked. Really horrible stay especially with 3 kids. We ended up leaving after 3 days we could not stay any longer it was disgusting we ended up going to courtyard by Marriott and lemme tell you much much better.

When we entered the room, the staff had to remove an air-freshener unit, but once we got in, we could tell the room had reeked of weed. Also, the front bathroom toilet didn’t flush unless I opened the lid to make sure the basin was full of water.

Everything was amazing!!! Had little small minor hiccups with one of the air conditioners and the TV not working but was fixed. I was very impressed with the room and kitchen size. Perfect for our family of 5. The back of the hotel looked like a forest; kinda creepy. All in all it was extremely nice and great customer service.
