Disappointing

Clean room, friendly and helpful staff. Convenient located. Will definitely stay here again! The only negative is $33 per day to park!

The room was smelly and the carpet was stained and old. We have stayed in other DoubleTree hotels and this was terrible. Will not stay here again.

Bathroom was dirty, shower was dirty, we checked in around 9PM on Friday night and I think the lady at the front desk had a rough day. THe place smells and felt muggy, again, just a place to sleep.....

The rooms are old and rundown. Rust on the doors and stains on the carpet.

Room was very unsanitary - smelled. The carpet was stained and completely worn out at the entry door.

Complimentary breakfast should be provided. TV stopped working. Toilet wasn’t flushing too well. Parking garage too low. Elevator wasn’t working in garage. Paid a lot for all these things not to be working. Staff was nice

The bathroom was plugged both toilet and shower at time of arrival, called front desk 2 times the room had terrible smell like too much dust was there for maybe 6 hours total couldn’t handle the smell.. informed the manager and supervisor and couldn’t get a refund or credit…

We checked out after 5 minutes

We used the hot tub and there were tiles falling off and chunks of concrete around the edge that were broken off and still sitting there. It did not seem to be clean so we chose to leave the area quickly. We booked a King room and were told that it would not be available for our stay so they gave us a double room instead. They did comp our parking for this inconvenience. Overall, for the price that was paid I do not feel this hotel was up to par and hope they can do some work to fix these issues.

Exceptional

The room stink really bad like mold, the floor was super filthy and my kids bedding on the bunk beds were dirty.

bags got stolen off the back of our truck that was parked in the paid lot. we had come back for it after getting the kids up to the room first. we know we shouldnt have left them. just leaves a bad taste in your mouth. was weird that the kids bunk beds were in the room with the balcony- sliding doors opened fully, not that there was a view to enjoy. lobby felt dark.

Amazing staff and very considerate

Bed was comfy and the pool was nice. I had to pay $33 for parking each night when I already had paid for the room. The room was cramped and the balcony was the view of the parking lot which was not pleasant.
