Check-in was quick & easy. This property is an older property, but clean.

Very unique 👌

I would not stay again. The only real complaint I had was the street which was loud and filled with homeless people. Nothing that the hotel can do. It felt like a pace to sleep and that’s it.
-
It was a great place to stay, the only issue I had was that the walls are paper thin and the adjoining rooms. I could hear the person next door FaceTiming someone at 10pm. Other than that, the hotel is great.

The staff was amazing! Helped us check in early and even held our bags when our room wasn’t ready. The rooms were very nice and clean. Parking was also very easy!

Adequate. Nice pool. Decent breakfast. Clean room. Beds and pillows pretty terrible. Staff were not very helpful.

Their overall price is expensive, and you have to pay 15 a day for parking even for babysitters who only stay a couple hours. The deposit is 100 and they will use the parking fee to keep your deposit instead of just charging you upfront or during checkout. The only real amenity was the pool which stayed clean and maintained. It’s a two out of 5 stars from me because they charge Hampton Inn prices for a ghetto motel six vibe, and it’s overall unreasonable, even for San Diego.

The hotel outside was fine. Did not get the chance to go to the pool or hot tub. Our room was clean for the majority of it. The tub had some stains on the bottom. The outlets are not too strong so the dyson hair tool did not work. The bed was pretty standard. Its a fine place, nothing special but nothing wrong with it either.

Staff was very friendly. Check in and check out process was smooth and easy. My room was clean and large. I would stay here again. Lyft/Uber ride to little Italy was around $20 (give or take a couple of dollars).

The room was very clean, and what I liked the most was no carpet on the floor, this is a big deal to me because it is more hygienic and avoid bed smells. The bed was very comfortable. The location was great, lots of little stores to shop, and near the freeway entrance. Easy parking in the property with lots of spaces. There is a nice pool outside and a jacuzzi which I wanted to use so bad but didn't have time. The breakfast was not included but they provide a discount and the food was delicious, specially the waffles. This is a great hotel to stay, I'm very pleased and will return if I need to place to stay again at San Diego.

Very nice hotel/motel. Friendly staff. Very clean. Nice amount of pillows which is very important. Stayed for SDCC the bus to the convention center was a very short walk away. Only negative no elevator if you’re staying on the second floor. Otherwise we had a very nice stay and I’d highly recommend this property.

Pretty close to shuttle for comicon

The receptionist on the day shift 7/27 was extremely helpful. I brought her a bunch of boxes I was shipping out and she accommodated me even though she didn’t have to. I really appreciate it. Room was clean, pool was very clean too. I love the retro fridge. Internet was good.

Very grateful that I checked of another property and booked into King’s INn. The restaurant was fantastic!

Staff was always pleasant and helpful. Would have appreciated directions to an elevator for our old knees

Staff was friendly and room is comfortable. The breakfast, while not free, features a menu of yummy waffle choices.
-
Room was very clean and the air conditioning actually worked. The noise outside may be an issue for some but it wasn’t that bad. The beds were too hard for our taste felt like sleeping on the box springs. Otherwise it’s a decent hotel to stay at.
