My safe did not work. Fixed after reporting it. They charge for using the safe!? Steep charge for checking out later. Limited to 2 hours.

Good room, large space and comfortable bed. The bathroom was good as well. The rooms have hard floors, no carpet. And there was not a plug for the tub so that my wife had a hard time keeping water in the bathtub. But we did enjoy the room. As with all of the properties in the hotel circle freeway noise is an issue

No issues besides some of the furniture needs to be adjusted at the legs. Drawers would open on their own because of the tilted dresser. Curtains could be replaced due to tares and holes.

It a very nice clean place. The Kitchen Crust sits center of the hotel complex. Very good food & coffee. Nothing. It was a great stay like always.

The location We like this property however it is a bit pricey

Ice maker was at the lobby instead closer to the room. The price was excellent, safe and clean facility. Families were enjoying themselves at the swimming pool. Staff were very friendly and easy to work with, excellent customer service.

We’ve stayed at the Atwood many times while visiting and/or moving my daughter in or out of her housing at UCSD. Usually it’s a great experience but this time it was not. We had two room. In one room, the toilet broke and luckily the front desk person ran up and fixed it. I guess maintenance had already gone home for the night? In the other room the floors were so dirty, I would take a few steps barefoot and the soles of my feet were nearly black. Water pressure in both rooms was not good and there was no handicap ramp close to our room for my mother who had a stroke. Do better, Atwood. This was disappointing.

Pros: The room was clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The pool was great, but felt deeper than the signage so I would definitely keep an eye on kids playing in it. Easy to get to. Had a flavored water dispenser in the lobby. Would stay again if it was just a night or two. Check in and out was very quick and easy. Cons: We had the AC unit set to the lowest temperature (61°F) for the entire 4 days we were there and our room never got cooler than about 72°F. It also sounded like it was going to fall out of the wall for the first 10 minutes it ran. The bathroom was tiny, and it felt like they updated the sink but ignored the toilet and tub. There is an aroma machine in the lobby that is directly across from the only ice machine and all the ice tastes like the smell the aroma machine puts out.

We really enjoyed the pool and the hot tub, the room was a great size and had an extra bed. Great staff service, really kind and helpful! The bathroom was a bit small, and the floor was dirty and sticky.

We enjoyed our stay here! Right when we checked in the staff was friendly. Our room was spacious & clean. The bathroom was on the smaller side that’s the only negative if I had to say one thing. The hotel circle area is always a good location. I definitely recommend for a family stay. We loved the liquor store too for the convenience.
