Legacy Resort Hotel & Spa

Everything was nice. However, the second day we noticed our car had a couple ants. We kept seeing them through your stay. When we got home and stared to clean out the car, that is when we saw a large amount of them. We were parked on the first spot east of the parking lot exit.

The property was really beautiful. The check in process went very smoothly and the staff was very friendly and accommodating to me and my family.

Our room was dusty and old chip bags and garbage behind the tv dresser. Tub was dirty and water drain was clogged.

So beautiful, I stayed for comic con, and the hotel was just so beautiful as well as our room. We definitely be back next year!

Unfortunately our room was not very clean. The carpet had a significant stain right in the middle of the room as did the couch. We did not feel comfortable sitting on the couch. Even the carpet in the halls was stained. If it were not for the fact that the staff was so friendly I would not recommend this hotel.

I had a confirmed reservation at Legacy Resort Hotel & Spa, booked through Expedia. When I arrived to check in, the front desk had no record of my booking and told me the hotel was completely sold out. I was left stranded with nowhere to stay at 10 o'clock at night. Neither the hotel staff nor Expedia made any effort to help me secure alternative lodging. For a resort that markets itself on hospitality, this was a total breakdown in basic customer care and a reminder that a 'confirmed' booking offers no real guarantee.

Clean rooms, beautiful property and friendly staff. Loved my stay.

The room was excellent. I shared the room with friends. The layout in the bathroom however could have better utilized. Ample space for a double sink but only one sink. Combo shower and toilet meant you can to wait for the person in there to be finished. Bed were great. Loved the pool and hot tub. Staff were excellent at the front desk and the cleaning staff were simply exceptional. Teresa’s the restaurant was ok. Nothing special. Location was very convenient for us and loved the privacy and no noise.

The hotel was clean and beautiful!! The staff was super accommodating with our needs!

The room was very clean, with the exception of some candy we found under the bed. It was very quiet and staff was friendly. We had some frustrations with connecting to WiFi and the TV kept reconfiguring in the middle of watching a show. We decided to just spend more time in the pool instead! Overall, a nice stay.

Everything was clean, comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. The hotel was in a convenient location making it easy to get everywhere I needed to go.

This was a very beautiful and upscale hotel to stay at. The staff were lovely and the place was very clean. I definitely will be back in the future.

The hotel is nice and clean . stuff is friendly what I didn’t like was the parking fees they are super high. I had to pay 119 for three nights that is crazy.

This is my go-to hotel in SD because i know its nice. I always know what im getting. The bad part is the $38/night parking fee. Thats simply ridiculous and always a sore spot for me.

I liked the balcony and being able to see the pool
