The staff are always so friendly. The restaurant is also very convenient and serves really good food. The hotel is very upscale but reasonable priced. We will continue to come here.

My go-to spot in San Diego! It's quiet, clean, and away from the crowds. The staff is incredibly welcoming, the rooms are spacious, and the restaurant is fantastic. Highly recommend!

The staffs are very nice and friendly. Room is very nice, clean, quiet, and spacing. Recommend when you visit San Diego. I really enjoyed my SD trip. Will stay again if i come back San Diego.

Front desk was super slow and no one answered when we tried to call

Very nice and clean rooms, comfortable bed, friendly staff, good room service for breakfasts. They don’t have ice machines, you have to ask the front desk to deliver ice to your room and it comes within 30 minutes. It was a really good stay, nice place. I would stay there again.

Love this hotel. 5 star. Great service. Excellent rooms. Conveniently located. Top rated restaurant attached and there is a spa attached too.

The complex overall was extremely relaxing and a beautiful atmosphere

The breakfast was not free, you had to let them know if you wanted the room cleaned, windows could not be opened for natural air, parking was not free, the room had hair on the toilet seat and a toothbrush on the counter near the sink upon entering the room. No microwave oven anywhere in the hotel. No map provided with outlying places to eat - HEARTBREAK HOTEL

I had a wonderful stay here! It’s in such a great location, close to so many fun things like petco park and the zoo. Not far to beach either. It’s a clean quiet lovely hotel, with attentive staff. I booked a massage at the spa last minute and they were able to fit me in, and I had the best massage with Sara! So relaxing and peaceful. The outdoor pool and hot tub are really nice and clean as well. I will stay here next time I visit for sure!

A beautiful, 7-year old hotel. It is conveniently located from SAN and the Amtrak station. Easy Uber ride to the harbor restaurants. I will use this hotel for future San Diego trips.

We are so in love with this hotel and all the system

We requested that our room be cleaned, but our request was ignored. We had to call the front desk a second time to remind them to make up our room before it was finally done. This lack of attention to guests was very frustrating. On top of that, the hotel charged an additional fee for parking, which felt excessive and was an unpleasant surprise. Overall, the combination of poor customer service, ignored housekeeping requests, and extra parking charges made this a disappointing experience. I would not stay here again and would not recommend this hotel.
