Legacy Resort Hotel & Spa

Great for comic con goers.

Overall the property was beautiful and the staff was great. Location wise it was very central to all the places we were looking to go.. My only issue was that the TV in our room didn't work. It would reboot itself after being on for about 5 seconds. We got back tot he room pretty late in the evening so not something we were looking to deal with after a 4 hour drive and long day of events. When you pay that much a night for a room you expect the TV to work. Also there is very little water pressure, so don't expect a strong shower

This "resort" hotel just wasn't our cup of tea. When you walk into the lobby, you feel like you're entering a convention center from the 1960's--just very cold and massive. The bar was tiny and closed at 9 pm. The spa was closed when we were there, which was disappointing. All we got from the lady at reception was "sorry." And that is where we shall leave the Legacy because my husband and I will not stay there again.

Everything was truly delightful, except the wifi that is used to operate the T.V. never worked. Outside of that, the hotel is centrally located and very reasonably priced.

Very nice hotel but without great amenities. The gym has only exercise bikes and the pool is small with no poolside service.

Pretty property but the room, amenities and staff were nothing special.

Location, nearby self parking lot, nice rooms. Self parking was $38/night. Limited single restaurant for food options, no kid menus, slow service. Room tv keeps disconnecting.

The hotel is clearly tied to a conference center with strong Christian values. The room and property were great. Big room, clean and a nice pool. The surounding property had a few homeless persons who at times would be loud.

We didn't know this Legacy hotel was a religious property. Small clues like the psalms on kiosks throughout the grounds and the "heavenly" soaps 🙏🤔

However, just kicking back and watching TV was a challenge as it was constantly reconfiguring. The staff informed IT, problem persisted. They graciously moved me to another room, same problem. Next day, coffee maker was on the fritz. Comps were offered for the inconveniences, but, it is important to master the basic amenities as part of the luxury experience. The robes are great and the staff is totally top notch!

The room was beautiful but the television was not working and staff said it was a cox issue and couldn’t do anything. The parking cost $38 night which to me is extremely excessive.

My only "complaints" were: No microwave in the room - they did have one available just outside the restaurant for guests. Also no ice available except by requesting a pail from the front desk although it came very quickly.

The location, the space for parking, the spa, the restaurant. This hotel is like home for me.
