Hot tub was not hot. Beds were pretty firm. Staff went above and beyond to be helpful. The breakfast was good and it was impressive how they kept everything stocked.

Convenient location Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing due to several issues with the room and the service I received. When I arrived, the room was not properly clean, and I found hair in the bed. I requested clean linens and a blanket, but I was informed that I would need to pick them up from the front desk because there was only one staff member working at the time. I was told that someone would call me when the linens were available. After waiting approximately an hour and a half, I had to call the front desk twice for an update. Eventually, I went downstairs myself to speak with the front desk staff. I explained the situation, and I was initially told that I would need to speak with the staff the following day to have the issue resolved. I was also informed that there were no blankets available. I explained that I still needed clean linens, and the front desk staff eventually provided them. In addition to the cleanliness and service issues, the sofa sleeper in the room was broken and extremely uncomfortable, which further affected the quality of my stay. Overall, I was disappointed with the condition of the room and the way the situation was handled. Given the number of other hotel options in the area, including some with better rates, I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.
