Super 8 by Wyndham San Diego Hotel Circle

Breakfast was basic but good! I love black coffee and had plenty of it. Staff are friendly and quick to help. Stayed a week and enjoyed every second

It was pretty ok. I checked in on Monday. I didn’t have a well maintained fridge. My food went bad as it was cooling anything not the little freezer port. I tried to call in but there was no phone in the room to reach front desk. When I called from my phone it had no person answering 2 times and no option to leave a voicemail. I went to the front desk the next day to express my concerns and I came back to the room the amenities still weren’t working as they should. And I just checked out today. I did check out the breakfast room it was pretty nice. I put my voucher in the basket as it says to then I started getting my tea & a worker came to me as if I didn’t put my voucher in there which I did & when she showed it to me the basket was empty so idk how we got there. I just wish the other issues were fixed for my stay.

Biggest bang for your buck around the "Hotel Circle" area of San Diego. Exceptional rooms for a "Super 8." We were pleasantly surpised and would stay there again.

The walls were thin and we herd the people next door talking and yelling at there kids

Staff are friendly and helpful. Room cleanliness is good. Microwave oven and TV were not working.

Toilet was not working, however repairman came quickly & fixed it TV signal was erratic & lost signal completely several times But overall we would stay again

do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else!!! We ended leaving only an hour into this nightmare of a property

Good handicap parking spaces

Great location! Access to main roads to La Jolla, Coronado, and Balboa Park. Breakfast was sufficient for a grab-and-go. The room was clean. You need to request housekeeping and extra towels (the towels are small) but overall it is better than it may appear on the outside. Covered parking was nice.

Very basic Motel

Breakfast was cereal oatmeal and waffles. No eggs. I guess for the price of the hotel it was sufficient.

Worth the money,

So this place is ok for a couple dudes traveling, it's not really all that budget friendly when u consider it has no pool, continental breakfast is cereal,coffee and waffles. A few more hundred will get you a nicer place with a better atmosphere for sure. No major complaints really, but I did get an earful from my friends wife who is more on classy side.

Reservation was screwed up from the get-go when I checked on Thursday they cannot find my reservation Friday when I got back they could not find my reservation. They had me in a room that I have never stayed and they told me I did not stay at this hotel on Thursday, night even though I had my keys they were in carded went to get-the cards recarded They told me I was in the wrong room. I try to explain that I had stayed thursday night in that room. Thursday night there they said no I hadn’t. It was a major mess from the get-go. This staff needs a lot of work on reservations. They had no idea what they were doing.
