The staff was very friendly, overnight staff was very helpful! I appreciate the security driving around. Clean room, cold AC, close to everything. Not walkable

Jacuzzi nice and clean.

Very good value. Room was clean and parking is free.

The staff was not very friendly. Housekeeping missed our room one day and the front desk clerk just shrugged it off. He acted like it was a big deal to get clean towels. The housekeeper parked in front of our room and was in and out of her truck and on the phone. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but it would be nice to be treated as though they were happy to have us.

No microwave and it said they have Netflix but they didn't. It was unavailable

Unfortunately, this place was not exactly my ideal type of place to stay at. We came here with our kids for San Diego Comic Con weekend, and of course, everybody books all the hotels right away. We were able to manage one night in the original room they assigned to us, and we were given a room with a huge light right in front of our door that attracted all the insects that flew into our room when we opened the door in the night. The sink smelled bad and the room was not clean at all. The next day, they were able to accommodate to moving us into another room. It was slightly better, but definitely not very clean. The night shift staff was a little weird. At some point we had asked for lotion, and the girl we spoke to at the front desk, stated that there was only one tiny bottle that they can give us, and then claim that she found one more. The next day, when we asked a front desk again, they had a whole stack of lotions in a box. There is a café connected to the check-in area, but even that smelled weird. I didn’t really see the place open as well, but it wasn’t very appealing to want to eat at. I am pretty picky when it comes to staying in a place, but what I care about the most is cleanliness and good service, and this place wasn’t it for me.

Door was hard to open or close we had to push a metal to close it . Towels had hair on them from previous guests

We only stayed one night for the Zach Bryan concert but our experience wasn’t pleasant. The room was okay until we noticed blood stains on the floor near the entrance as well as my girlfriend found a roach in the bathroom. The water pressure of the shower head is way too strong for the size of the shower. We had a lot of water on the floor after every use because of how thin the shower liner was. We didn’t interact with the staff much but I’d say that’s the only positive. Check out and check in was quite quick and easy

not a good area and the room smells musty. also, not clean. just felt eekk.

El personal del front desk poco amable y muy descortez de resto todo aceptable aunque la habitación no estaba muy limpia
-
El peor hotel en el que nos hayamos quedado
-
The staff was friendly and did everything they could to get me in the room quickly (early)

Staff was trash (mainly the girls) were rough. The room smelled like a swamp. I guess that's why they call it the Seven Seas? On the plus side, everything looked clean and well-kept. Definitely won't be coming back, but thanks for the last min stay anyway.

Experience at hotel was good. Room was really humid and made everything damp. Ventilation was not adequate for the room. That would be the only downside to the property.

Rooms are small, real small. The bed sheets and towels appear to be clean but don’t smell good. The room itself didn’t smell good. The restaurant they have on site doesn’t smell good, as soon as you walk in, you want to run out. The place was very noisy, you could hear your neighbors talking and yelling all night. This was not a pleasant experience at all. On a positive note, the security guard at the property was very helpful. He was available all the time to answer questions, directions, and even helped us with the electric charger for our vehicle.

Room is older and dated but well kept and clean. Door is warped and will not close all the way so you must jam it closed. Staff was nice. Location was great.
-
This hotel is old, plumbing is loud, room exhaust fans are noisy and generally just an outdated hotel.
-
I have nothing nice to say about the room so I’ve chosen to say nothing. The gentleman that was our server in the restaurant was absolutely wonderful.
-
I have NO complaints about this property!! The staff was friendly, The rooms were cleaned daily. And the location was perfect. Thank you!!

The price compared to others in the area was good. The rooms were outdated, the bed was comfortable. Nice big tv, lots of hot water. They do need to replace some of the lamps so that the USB chargers work. It was pretty quiet and I felt safe. The landscape was nice and green.
