The rooms are okay. The water in the shower wouldn’t drain it was gross, it would sit there for hours.

Very clean room, friendly staff and amazing location. Great solo and the front desk are super accommodating. I know some reviews said it could be nosiy, farthest from the truth. Was very quiet with a more relaxed environment.

Location Moment we stepped inside the room, it was smelling terrible like a mold and found cockroach walking around. Also, I requested crib through booking.com but looks like best western didn’t receive a request for crib. They told us that they would provide the crib the following day but it never happened.

The room was dirty had some mold and I was not comfortable at all. My son has asthma and I was so scared he would have had an attack. I would not stay here again nor would I recommend it

Hotel was nice. Wish there was coffee at the lobby or some refreshements. Staff was very friendly. They forgot to clean our room the last night but no big deal. Close to a lot of attractions.

We stayed for 4 nights and every night there’s a noise coming from the neighbors left and right. No microwave. Heat from the shower made the smoke detector alarm for 40 minutes. Called the front desk about both issues they said they would resolve but nothing happened.

We would definitely stay here again! The one con to the property is parking, we had to park a ways away from our room.
