The staff were overall friendly. When we first entered, the room had a funky smell. There was also an ant problem. The sink area had aunts crawling all over our toiletry bag essentials. Also, we had 4 of us staying and not enough full size bath towels. No spare one’s folded anywhere. The bathroom door knob is outdated doesn’t even lock.

Location was great, pool facilities were nice. The room was muggy, the weather was a bit humid and the room stayed muggy and hot. We put the air on but it didn't take the moisture out of the room. This made our room very uncomfortable. The gym didn't open until later in the morning. So I couldn't start my day with a workout that really upset me because I looked for a hotel with a gym. Due to the time it opened I couldn't even use it.

The restaurant closes before check out time. Silly... at least stay open until after many will check out.

I checked in at nearly 5 p.m., but found that the light in the room was still on. At first, I thought there was someone inside, so I didn't dare to enter. After checking in, I found that the trash can had not been emptied and was full of garbage.

Close to everything. Next to freeway and rest / bar has very good grub to watch the game

My room was clean, and the grounds were well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The place needs to be updated, looks and feels old. Might be clean but felt disgusting. For the cost per night, I expected better. My room smelled very strongly of mold. When I sent a message, they just offered house keeping to "help with the smell". I would not stay here again at this price point.

Good location and price The room smelled of mold. House keeping cane and there was mold on the shower curtain and was replaced. The smell was strong and had to check out early and just waiting for the refund from best western.
