Days Inn by Wyndham San Diego Hotel Circle

My stay was confirmed received a email but when I got there the front desk guy was so rude and not helpful. Then someone else stepped in to let me know there were no more rooms. I never received any notification that the room was canceled. It was 2am and I had nowhere to go.

All the services was great been a guest for several years and has been outstanding

The staff was kind and helpful, the property isn’t like the photos - kind of old. The hotel pool and hot tub were dirty. To many guests for the small area - don’t think it was worth the expensive cost.

Loved that they cleaned our rooms daily. Appreciated that the most while on a 5 day stay.

Would stay here again!! :)

The first room we were given smelled strongly of pee so that was fun. The “kitchenette upgrade” is just a unit with a fridge, stove and sink that’s the size of a dish washer. Parking is awful. The AC units were moldy and leaking overhead. The only plus was how well lit it was at night.

The hotel was just ok. The bathroom and room was outdated. Close to the freeway and central to get to places.

Had to switch rooms. In the middle of the night. Was told by the night desk clerk that will get comped. In the morning the manager on duty stated that the best they can do is. Pay for are parking $ 20 dollars. What a joke of customer service. Never apologize for the inconvenience or anything. That is horrible management. Do better DAYS INN....

Run down, weed smell everywhere. Not nice at all, will not return.

Front staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room smelled a little mildewy, the mattress was uncomfortable (it was sloped towards the middle), and the sink cabinet was broken. There was also a strange recurring noise coming from the bathroom plumbing. I was surprised by the $20 parking fee, which seems unfair since the hotel is in a location where driving there is almost required.

Very dirty property. Looks as though people reside there. There were several people walking around at night smoking around the cars some playing loud music. Felt unsafe at times. Would never go back.

Booked a non-smoking room but it smelled like smoke the moment we walked in. The smoke smell never went away the 3 nights we were there. The kitchenette was useful however the mini fridge was sticking out of the counter which made it difficult to use the sink ergonomically. After showering, the ventilation was so poor that the whole room‘s humidity was very high.
