THIS PROPERTY IS POPULAR ENOUGH THAT IT IS DIFFICULT TO FIND PARKING WHEN RETURNING TO THE MOTEL LATE AT NIGHT. FORTUNATELY, AN OVRNIGHT SECURITY GUARD APPROVED MY PARKING IN A SACE THAT WASN'T REALLY A SPACE.

The staff was very friendly, and the place was clean, spacious, comfortable, and in a great location. I didn't like that they don't provide breakfast; it would be better if they offered this service.

Location is great with car, but not a lot of walkable places. Clean room and safe area, parking is convenient but a little clustered if multiple people arrive at once for check in. Cute spot.

Below average. Not very clean premise and parking is expensive.

Really impressed by the coffee room. It's wrong to charge for parking. It's like charging extra for a bed after you have rented the room. Of course I need to park.

My stay overall was mid. Front desk was nice, the hotel room looked clean. However after a long hot sweaty day, all my family & I wanted to do was take a hot shower & get to bed right away. We turned the shower knob to hot & after 5 mins it wouldn’t warm up. We tried to call the front desk with the hotel phone, & that wasn’t working also. So I had to use my cell. They sent over maintenance, at 11 PM (that was annoying as we were so tired & had to wait for someone). He informed us that the hot water worked, the temp was just backwards & had to turn to cold for hot water. Then our upstairs guests were being noisy so late at night, we could literally hear every step they were taking. On top of that you are quoted on price when booking then get added 4 different taxes plus a whole $20 for parking. I was looking into a nicer hotel but went with this one thinking it was a bit cheaper. After getting the total after checking out, I should have gone with the nicer hotel that only charged half the price for parking. I’m most annoyed about the parking fee. It was an ok hotel for the 6 hrs we slept there, but don’t think I would be coming back.

You didn’t get what you paid for. The rooms were so damp, it all just felt wet, the beds were damp the air was damp and no amount of airing it out did anything. The parking $25 a night that’s crazy and it was a struggle to find a place to park. Yes in general it was clean but the bed skirts were dirty and you can definitely tell and the bathroom tub was just rusty. They also charge I believe 140 to your card for a deposit which isn’t that big a deal because you will get it back but all in all would definitely no stay again. There is many places closer that are better .

Avoid staying on the first floor besides that room and service is great!
