Helpful staff and nice amenities. Room service was excellent, highly recommend the place.

The room wasn’t very nice, needs to be updated. The property itself wasn’t very clean. Did not enjoy my stay.

Would stay again, great location, friendly staff, coffee is great. Upgraded to premier which is closer to the pool area, great decision.

The room I requested was not available till the check in time but was able to get a different one. The representative help us, he knows we are tired and just need to rest for few hours to get our day !

First time staying at this hotel branch, I was pleasantly surprised how quickly the check-in went. It was a very busy time for check-in staff explanation of location of rooms was seamless extra towels arrived without asking. the cleaning. Staff was excellent. This says a hotel that is very good for kids.I will absolutely stay at this location again. I only WISH they provided breakfast or at least offer breakfast for sale. Otherwise I was very happy with my stay.

The room was very clean and their kitchenette was very helpful. The pillows are a little hard but not a big deal. I loved all the palm trees outside the hotel. Overall, I would stay here again for the price we paid. I like thats it's close to the 8 and everything is so nearby. Staff was very helpful and gave us good tips on how to get to the game using the trolley. The parking spaces are very reduced but again not a big deal.

Super cute place, affordable. We had no issues. The kitchen was super nice to have, we chose to do it for the larger mini fridge. The other rooms have very small fridges otherwise. The washer and dryer area was super clean & easy to use. The pool was well maintained. Housekeeping was very kind & efficient. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful pool area but had a room facing the road and it was very loud.

It’s a bit run down but it was the least expensive on the block. Got into room and it just smelled kinda foul. Air coming through AC was very stinky but adapted after in room. Wouldn’t stay there again. Would pay a little extra and stay in something newer

The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the handle for the shower in my room was broken, making it very difficult to turn the shower on. Aside from that minor maintenance issue, I had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again.

Could not get near hot tub with 17 teenagers in for long periods with more waiting to get in.

When we left the hotel for the day, we purposely left lights on and TV and had the DO NOT DISTURB sign on. When we came back the lights & TV were off. Please explain that, thanks.

Staff very helpful and nice room very clean

Room was spacious and clean. Shower had great water pressure and the provided body wash, shampoo, conditioner and moisturizer was top notch. Staff was kind and attentive. The bed was too soft for me but otherwise we had a great stay.
