Courtyard by Marriott San Diego Mission Valley/Hotel Circle

Check in was good. Customer service at check-in was great. Room needs some attention and updating. Bathroom shower head was crooked and too high, tried moving it but it was stuck. Bathroom could have used more cleaning and didn’t have enough towels for the number of people that were in the room. Walls are paper thin and you can hear everything. Room was supposed to be quiet but it was on the freeway side and you can hear every vehicle and police siren that is on the freeway. No fresh coffee or tea for guests, only water, which we thought seemed odd. Stay was so-so.

The only positive part was the staff who brought our food for breakfast and the woman taking our order. Room was clean. Front desk was not pleasant upon check in. My husband and I stood there for a good 2-3 mins while we waited for the staff late at night (10pm we came late to check in) and no one else was in line. We waited for the staff to finish their conversation. Then the next day the woman working the front desk this morning was rude and looked stressed. She was very loud & heard her constantly apologizing to men about something at the desk. Breakfast wasn’t very clear either. Wasn’t a traditional biggest style spread, it was confusing for us first timers. Ordering in line and have the Starbucks people take our orders. The waiting staff was very kind. They brought our food with a smile.

Housekeeping took nearly two hours and three phone calls to deliver bath towels. The wall-mounted A/C worked but was very noisy. Personally, I would not stay here again. However, if those inconveniences don’t bother you, it may still be a good place to stay.

The room was clean and well stocked. The staff was very helpful; there was parking on the premises.

I didn't get the room I paid for. I have small children and needed a tub. they told me my suite would be fully stocked. I had 2 spoons no dishes no pans. the room was for 4 and I had 2 towels, 2 washcloths and has to call many times to get what I needed.

Room was clean. Shower pressure is low, more like a trickle. Be aware that parking is $30 per day. Breakfast may or not be included.

Bess were comfortable Check in was chaotic, we were in our room and had another person use their key to come in saying it was their room. The room was double booked we had been there for an hour when this happened. Need to get new keys we had to wait in long checkout line again with no real explanation of why it happened.

JJ at the front desk was superior and was a joy to see every day! The staff delightfull and well versed. My stay was perfect and so was the food and beverage at the bar. I made it a point to visit every day. I will return the next time I visit San Diego!

The location is perfect, right in the center of Sliema and close to everything, including the ferry to Valletta, restaurants, shops, and the waterfront. I also loved that they offered complimentary coffee in the morning, and it was very good. The hospitality was outstanding throughout my stay. I even left my jacket behind, and they kindly offered to help ship it back to the United States. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Malta. Great location, excellent service, and genuinely wonderful people!

The location was fantastic. It was close to everything I wanted to see and do and I was even able to explore a little bit more of the areas nearby that I didn't know much about. This hotel was also more cost effective than staying downtown. This hotel met expectations.

Location and facilities There was an hour and a half after midnight of loud partying.

My mattress had a massive urine stain that still smelled.

This hotel has been remodeled and it is awesome! Honestly the best hotel on Hotel Circle. So many hotels in this area are older and lack basic features such as working A.C. but this hotel checked all the boxes. Beautiful lobby, friendly staff, and comfortable rooms. I strongly recommend.

The 1 bd suite was nice size. The front desk staff was pleasant. Great location and close to all San Diego attractions.
