Courtyard by Marriott San Diego Mission Valley/Hotel Circle

We were out of water for two days. The first day was an anticipated maintenance issues that they had posted signs for. The next day we still had to running water. Had to wait an hour between flushing toilets. I was told twice that we would be comped for 1 night and for breakfast one morning. When I received my bill nothing was comped and we were charged in full for our stay. I have called and am still waiting for a response a week later.

Part of our shower door was broken so water got all over the floor. The room was very humid despite the AC unit being on. To top it off, our bed was broken. On one side of the bed, the bed was collapsed down to the box spring. I could feel it when laying on it. The part that wasn’t collapsed was still extremely hard and uncomfortable. My husband and I left with sore backs. Never staying here again.

The listing said the room was suitable for 5 adults but there were 2 queen beds and no rollout cots available. The front desk staff could not offer a suitable explanation nor did she make any attempt to improve the situation. One adult in our party ended up sleeping on the floor because you cannot fit 3 adults in one queen bed.

Checked in and had no access to hot water with no prior warning. Parking was comped to make up for the inconvenience, but not being able to shower before the concert we were attending that night (hot water was off from 1 to 5 every day) was very very very upsetting without prior notice.

Not the best.

Minor thing was the running water in the washroom, there was no pressure in the sink and the shower.

Hotel had water issues for an extended period of time, 3pm was the cutoff to have the repairs done and have water pressure back. It was until 5pm, after a long hot day of work the last thing you want to do is wait till 5pm to get a shower.

Was a great stay for me myself and my family. Will definitely look to book again for the next San Diego trip. :)

We booked a suite with two bedrooms together ..for our party of 6.. when we arrived at facility we were asked to take separate rooms this was unexpected

Decent Hotel, fast check in but no help taking luggage to room.

Also I”m having billed issues getting charged to different time I already submitted a claim

The fact is that the hotel doesn’t clean the rooms every day what it converts your room in imessy and dirty next day. they don’t even give you new towels and the room changed a lot I would rather prefer to arrive to another hotel where they can clean every day. It doesn’t matter if these will increase the price.

The room was nice and spacious. But we noticed the air conditioner was not blowing cold air. It’s summer in July so the AC is definitely needed. A technician came to check it out. We had to leave as we had plans. So I asked him and the front desk to please keep me updated. Never received updates and the AC did not get fixed. The next morning I told the same woman who helped me out earlier about our stay and again she was very helpful. But aside from her great service everything else about this stay was not the best.

Exactly as advertised. Pool was smaller than anticipated and the hot tub wasn't working during our stay. But staff was friendly when we had a question and we had no complaints about our room or other services.

Friendly staff, clean, spacious rooms, mini fridge and microwave a plus. Great location close to everything you need.

Check in was good. Customer service at check-in was great. Room needs some attention and updating. Bathroom shower head was crooked and too high, tried moving it but it was stuck. Bathroom could have used more cleaning and didn’t have enough towels for the number of people that were in the room. Walls are paper thin and you can hear everything. Room was supposed to be quiet but it was on the freeway side and you can hear every vehicle and police siren that is on the freeway. No fresh coffee or tea for guests, only water, which we thought seemed odd. Stay was so-so.
