Great location and free airport shuttle. Excellent breakfast Overpriced. Air conditioner units blow cold air in your face as you sleep

I had a reservation that was paid for and when I arrived, they were oversubscribed, and I did not have a room they had to put me in another hotel

It was a nice hotel. The area is excellent for familie (safe and walking distance to restaurants) but not over touristy.

So, for the second night we asked to switch to a mobility room, because they said the bed would be lower. And it was, phew! But they only had a mobility room with two queen beds - so the bed was low enough - but too short for my tall husband. He could get in and out, but it wasn’t a comfortable night. And even though it was a mobility room, there was a tub, not a walk in shower, so my husband was not able to shower. So - not the most ADA friendly experience. Also, the mobility room was on the ground floor, and there were silverfish (bugs) - maybe because it was close to the pool. Also, the first night we took the van from the airport and my husband had a terribly hard time getting into the van - he had to go up high stairs to get to a seat - not at all ADA friendly - however the van driver was AWESOME! Very helpful, patient and kind! So - overall the STAFF was excellent - but the facility itself had some issues.

It was a beautiful location The lobby bathroom was dirty

We stayed here for my sons baseball tournament for 6 nights. The beds were comfortable. I love the location. I liked that there was a 24 hour gym and laundry room. I liked that there was breakfast but there wasnt many options and the staff struggled to refill the food when needed. The pool wasnt very clean there was leaves and styrofoam inside the pool. My room had random ants everyday. The Tv kept turning off randomly. Besides these minors issues I still enjoyed my stay here.

Felt safe and convenient

Checking in/out was easy, as expected. Parking was always available. Coffee was not kept fresh during the day and during breakfast it was watered down - there where no options for different brews (light/dark) nor flavored creamers. Breakfast was good, although the speed of replenishing the food was not adequate. People were standing around waiting for multiple things.
