Was super big and very nice. It’s located right by the airport which made it easy to get there.

were not hot. I asked for the receptionist to change them and she did it. For the room it was spacious. but I could find some ants running along the air condition and on the bed. The shower water pressure was so low. The breakfast was not good for me. That would be all. Thank you.

Roomy rooms, great locale by Liberty Station (a nice bayside park) and very near airport and by harbor, nice staff. Not too noisy even by airport 1/2 mile away. Our room with 2 beds had only one chair. Two chairs, or a chair and a stool, would be nice for a couple or a family. We ended up bringing a portable beach chair into the room so both of us could sit.

The shuttle service and daily breakfast was appreciated. The staff was friendly and the rooms clean. We had a small issue with ants but otherwise a great stay. Pool and outdoor areas well maintained. Safe location and beautiful park across the street.

Sirpa at the front desk was very helpful and thorough with each guest even though she was handling a lot of requests from multiple guests! Also, the airport shuttle driver, Victor, was very nice and friendly. I would suggest that the breakfast open at 6a on the weekend as well (it opens at 7a on Saturday and Sunday) so that guests going to the airport have time to grab a bite to eat before they depart. The hotel was very clean and nice.
