Hilton San Diego Airport/Harbor Island

Staff was wonderful and very helpful - airport shuttle was a breeze and staff’s knowledge of restaurant recommendations was spot on.

Stayed here 1 night since our son was married very close by at Harbor Island Park. Loved the views from our high floor room.

Beautiful property. All staff we interacted with were tremendous! Easy, accessible parking.

I booked through expedia. I paid the higher fee for option to be on a higher floor. My friends also booked a separate room. They were late checking in people because of their computer system being down. I was given a room on the 2nd floor and since they were manually checking in people, I waited until the line is less(which is past 6 pm) and when I asked if they can change my room to a higher floor, they refused and said I booked from expedia and they were full, but I see that they are putting people on 4th, 5th floor. When I told them that I paid extra to be on a higher floor, they are not accommodating and just said they can’t do it and they are full. Me and my friends won’t stay here again.

Food was good, pool was nice, the server M&M was awesome!

Loved the cheerful and helpful staff! Everyone went out of their way to accommodate. The rooms were clean and our balcony had a great view of the harbor. Lots of action and noise from the military base, but the sliding door to the balcony was sufficiently soundproof. A great stay!

The room had a great view of the Harbor, the city and the Marina. The room was was very clean and the beds were comfortable.

We have stayed among the row of hotels on Harbor Island many times over the last 2 years as a way point. Honestly the Hilton, for the price, was a huge disappointment in terms of value compared to Kona Kai and Sheraton Marina. The value of the free wifi and airport shuttle were the two redeeming factors compared to a small bathroom, unreasonably air conditioned building that was so cold we left the restaurant area before considering being seated, a restaurant menu that was just sad bar food compared to surrounding area restaurants at the price point. We had friends come by, getting their parking validated for the stay was a huge hassle that at least two staff members really didn't want to be bothered with. There was not an "open" option for coffee or much of a lounge area beyond the high traffic lobby area.

Need microwave service

The room has so many issues inside the bathroom found rust around fixtures, door, curtain hanger. Also mold around the fan fixture and door. Old building, smell not good

I was told that breakfast was included with the cost of my room, but I was leaving on a 4am flight, long before breakfast. The kind gentleman who was assisting me check in at the front desk then changed my included breakfast to a $25 food and drink voucher, and I was able to use it for my dinner that very evening. It's a small gesture, but it was kind, and I appreciated it very much. The room was beautiful and very clean, and the water view was fantastic. I was also glad that the shuttle arrived on time and got to the airport quickly the next morning. I would absolutely choose this hotel again when traveling to San Diego

I just wanted to say thank you for the excellent service during my stay. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Everyone made me feel welcome, and I truly appreciated the outstanding hospitality. I had a wonderful experience and would gladly stay here again.

The lunch was very good. The room was quiet and comfortable.

The restaurant kids meals are terrible quality

For the price I paid , I thought I would have a more modern room, felt alittle run down, pillow covers smelled. And pay for parking was ridiculous. My expectations were higher unfortunately.

Staff were helpful n considerate. Room was really clean. Valet would be a plus for handicap. Was surprised they didn’t have that.
