The front view was right by the water

The hotel has an excellent location, offering beautiful views of the harbor. The property was clean and reasonably well-maintained, and parking was fairly priced and easily accessible. However, there were a few areas that could use improvement. The pool was rather small, and the mini fridge in our room was extremely limited in size, with enough space for only a few drinks. Additionally, the ice machine on our floor was out of order, requiring us to visit another floor to get ice. Overall, the hotel provided a pleasant stay with a great location, but a few improvements to the amenities would make the experience even better.

We had travel delays getting there since the room was pre paid I didn’t think it would be a problem not checking in the first day. Got there the next day and was told the reservation was cancelled due to no show. Hotel was accommodating for a refund but they shouldn’t be so quick to cancel pre paid reservations. We had to scramble and find another hotel which wasn’t a good start to the trip.

Our stay at the Hilton in San Diego, California, was disappointing, and the service did not meet our expectations. The first thing I noticed was that there were no electrical outlets in the bathroom where I could plug in my hair styling tools. Additionally, our room was not available when we arrived for check-in. The following day, we asked if the hotel could warm up our leftover food and were told there would be a $10 microwave charge to the room. When we asked if someone could simply warm the food for us, we were told they could not accommodate that request. Overall, the service and amenities fell short of what I would expect from a Hilton property. These inconveniences made our stay less enjoyable, and I believe there is room for improvement in both customer service and guest accommodations. 😐

Becoming dated

Very close to downtown and airport King size Mattress need to be replaced with more comfortable product.

My room had a ceiling tile fall onto the floor and we had a water leak in our room. We had to change rooms 2 times at 11pm.

Good view

Room air condition make a loud noise for two days nonstop, I complained the front desk, they send A engineering to check it out, but they keep persistent for two days.

Exceptional

Beautiful hotel in an incredible location. Stunning views and very clean overall.

Enjoyed the staff. Everyone was so nice and so helpful. Our room was not cleaned properly. There was alot of dust and hair. The bathroom was disgusting.

Broken hot tub .. dirty pool.. no staff at the restaurant .. gave up and went elsewhere. Was g informed on some charges. Staff didn’t call when room was ready. Very disappointing

First front desk clerk was a little rude. Second clerk was very helpful. Overall I would stay here again,

We checked into the hotel room and immediately found ants on the floor in the bathroom. We had purchased $40 worth of pastries from Little Italy for breakfast. When we woke up in the morning, the pastries were covered in ants and not edible. The hotel credited us $35 for this, which just covered the cost of overnight parking. The location is great and staff is friendly. But they need to do something about the ants.
