This property is extremely close to the airport and they do have a shuttle. Great for late arrivals and early morning departures. Bonus was it was family friendly and the rooms have a small kitchenette with dishes, micro, fridge and stove. Includes basic american breakfast, but he coffee was descent. I would stay here again if coming to San Diego. Breakfast window needs to be a little longer.

Thanks for all the help from your staff! I really appreciated the ground floor room. There was a little trouble with the key cards on the outside doors - one door did not work at all, and the other worked only after many many repeated swipings of the card. I hope you can fix this problem soon. Otherwise - an excellent place to stay. Breakfast was also much appreciated! See you next year :)

If you are looking for a hotel with breakfast don’t stay here, we stayed here for a week and it was the same breakfast all week! Pork or turkey patties, waffles and scrambled eggs. They did not have any fresh fruit and the same yogurt that no one wanted. Coffee was cold and this hotel doesn’t offer hot coffee all day like at the Hampton across from this hotel. If they had better breakfast and all day fresh coffee this would have made our stay so much better.

Breakfast was okay, and I like the choices of waffles. bagels needed to be softer.

No lotion no water. I want a refund

Super clean

The hotel was supposed to offer 4 free hours of car charging, but the front desk incorrectly told us that was not the case! Also we were not informed that an adaptor is needed to charge a Tesla at their site. A passerby explained this to us, since tge front desk seemed clueless. There should be clear and detailed information on how to use the charger and the cost.

The location to the airport was great and we found the hotel to be clean and friendly. I miss not having a balcony.

I wish they used real eggs and not powder/ boxed eggs at breakfast. All in all, not perfect but a good stay and we would return.

The hotel was nice and the staff was great. Just that the hotel was under construction. But I would stay there again!

Also was not a fan of how large the kitchen/desk center thingy was. It took up way too much of the room and made it feel very small.

So convenient, great staff, excellent shuttle service, clean hotel I was very impressed.

No trash can in room . No exhaust in bath room .

I am extremely picky when it comes to hotels and I have to say that this hotel was the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed at in a while. Housekeeping came every other day to refresh the room and each time they did an excellent job. The hotel is very close to the airport, so if you are a light sleeper it might night be the best place to stay. The noise from the airport didn’t bother me. The only issue I had was an employee in training ran my credit card as a gift card and it messed up my bank account which made my stay a bit stressful. Other than that I would definitely recommend the hotel.

Make sure rooms actually get refreshed every other day
