Wasn’t too excited with the hotel, it’s San Diego! Was not too impressed.

Connecting rooms will have thin doors and our next door room was loud. We couldn't sleep because it was noisy but we let the staff know and they were able to move us to a more quiet room.

Wonderful views. Exceptionally comfortable bed. The staff went out of their way to accommodate our concerns. It was a bit of a walk to the second property where most of the restaurants and laundry facilities were.

The amenities on the resort are amazing. The store is amazing. The restaurants are amazing and the service was perfect. $55 a day for parking might sway me to look at other other options next time I’m in town but everything else else was great

Free golf carts around property do not rely on! We had wedding guest that ended up ubering.

Staff from check-in to breakfast service were friendly and efficient. Dining area was clean as well as the property. I will definitely come back and recommend to others.

bed bugs. I got bit. Room smelled dirty like smoke stayed for a business trip 2 days. needs major renovation. Very depressing part of the old hotel building Vs the Sheraton Marina next door.

Stay was comfortable. Our stay didn't go as well as we planned. We had difficulties with the card on file being charged multiple times, and this affected how our trip went. My bank account was charged multiple times. Our breakfast was also covered for two people and they charged us for all four.

Patio overlooking the harbor. Great breakfast at the Shoreline, Ridiculous parking and resort fees. 100 dollars extra per night. Very limited tv channels.

Location, views Staff did not communicate breakfast inclusions adequately which lead to a bill shock Room views need to be clearly described regards runway and or marina only views. I was misled on booking and needed to upgrade my room for runway views once arriving
