Elevator to make easy way Nothing

The restroom was also really nice, especially the mirror! It had a great regular mirror and a 3x magnifying mirror, which was a huge plus for the girls getting ready. The staff was excellent! The young gentleman at the front desk was especially kind and welcoming, and the older gentleman was also very nice and helpful. Their customer service really made the stay even better. The location was another huge plus. Everything we needed was close by, which saved us a lot of gas and made getting around really convenient. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again!

parking is $25 to park in the lot but street parking is usually available but is only free after 8pm.

The rooms were nice and clean. We stayed there for an event at Petco Park. It's walking distance. The parking was way expensive at $50 daily when it should be part of your stay or at a cheaper price for guests. Yes I would recommend just keep in mind that extra fee added to your hotel tab if you have your own car.

Very helpful staff and a great location for a visit to San Diego - close to everything!

Room was clean and AC was great. Front desk was very hospitable and helpful about the area. Parking didn’t charge which I appreciated as the next hotel we stayed at charged for parking. Might not be the best looking hotel on the outside but good for a one night stay.

I the room was completely remodeled. The room was clean and extremely comfortable. The outside of the hotel was the issue. In one location it smelled really bad. Overall good price and better rooms that are completely remodeled. Worth it yes. Only the outside was a little outdated.

As for the room itself, it was clean. Some of the furniture shows signs of wear. The drain in the shower is slow and doesn't drain fast enough for the shower head, do expect to be standing in water unless you shut off the water now and then. It may just be room #303 that I rented. The check-in clerk was super nice and has some big plans for his future. Best of luck to him!

BEWARE. The property was a Best Western before it got flipped and it shows. The rooms themselves are nice and clean but the property is in an extremely rough neighborhood and the staff do not give a flying F. The singular desk staffer laughed in our faces when we pointed out that we had been waiting outside in the parking lot for half an hour because she was late for her lunch. Other patrons noted that their keys randomly stopped working and she was completely unhelpful. This place is genuinely so badly run it's crazy.

The only issue was that the doors needed weather strips since bugs came inside from underneath the front door. Other than that, staff was great and the elevator felt like a great touch.

Location cool. The sink was broken water didn't work properly they gave us another room and the TV wasn't working there. It was very mediocre but good for the price.
