Did not have room service during my stay.
-
Doors wouldn’t open, mold and blood on towels, ants and spiders on bed and floor, staff used master key to open my room while I was still in bed, they opened it without knocking
-
I would not recommend it it unsanitary and looks nothing like the photos

had to change rooms because the shower head water was exploding into the ceiling room didn’t look clean or smell clean felt disgusting just the air family of ants live in each room you stay coming from the shower just overall was super cheap but definitely not worth the only 20 min walk to petco the rooms just aren’t how they seem to appear needs to be bought and fixed up

Just stay somewhere else

Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. It was dirty, the towels, curtains, and sheets were all dirty and stained. The door seal was broken and was not secured properly. The location is not safe at all and was sketchy on the premises as well.

I paid over $1200 over Comic Con weekend for this "lodge/motel". The bathroom was disgusting! Towels felt like sandpaper.

Dirtiest and grosses place I've ever stayed in. AVOID

This hotel misses the basic hygiene standards, they told me they are remodeling and I hope that they improve in the future because the location is great but the furniture is very old and wasted and unfortunately we saw several cockroaches and bugs. The beds are very soft and uncomfortable. I hate to do bad reviews but I feel a duty to be honest and avoid the nightmare we had in our stay

The room was very clean. Staff was helpful. We moved rooms 3 times due to some internet issues but the staff was very attentive and accommodated all requests promptly. Parking is limited. There is a self pay lot next door but luckily we were able to find something on-site. Decided to stay here last minute, clean, quiet and fairly inexpensive and relatively close to downtown nightlife. Have stayed here before and would stay here again.

Most HORRIFIC hotel ever!! DO NOT STAY HERE! It is not safe!! Doors don't lock properly, people shouting all hours of the night, people pounding on doors all night, someone tried to open our door at night. Homeless people in the parking lot. The pics are not current and very deceiving! No cancellation or refunds on purpose because no one would stay here! The other "patrons" we saw looked like they were one step away from homeless themselves. Front desk employees were horrible. Laughed when we complained. Called us racist and came around the desk and threatened us when we asked for them to cancel the rest of the stay and refund the rest of the nights. Called 911, they told us to call a diff number. That guy rattled off another number so fast we couldn't get it and then hung up without another word. Tried to call it back and it just goes to voicemail so police were no help. We checked in about 10:30pm or we would have left immediately. Decided to try one night since it was nearly midnight our time and had no other place to go and relying on public transit. It was horrible. Ended up propping the chair against the door and hiding under the blankets with a pillow over my head praying no one could get in. Slept maybe 90 mins the whole night out of pure exhaustion. Pics on hotels.com are not current or real even. I will upload real photos if I can. RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN REGARDLESS OF HOW MUCH MONEY YOU LOSE!

proximity to the downtown is great. we were able to walk to everything. parking was very limited on site unless you paid next door. beds were very comfy. we really only needed a place to sleep after about 6 hours since we out all day and night at events. Served great for that purpose
