Great place

Nice, clean rooms. Staff did not mention at check in they would be charging my Amex an additional; $250 for incidentals. I called them and they stated it was pending, not so. I want this resolved!!

INCLUDED BREAKFAST WAS GREAT AND THE KITCHEN WAS FULLY STOCKED WITH COOKING ESSENTIALS. STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL. WILL COME BACK AGAIN. NO COMPLAINTS.

Overall, it was a good stay. The room was clean and comfortable and staff were friendly and breakfast was good. The location was convenient as well.

Staff is awesome, rooms are amazing and complimentary breakfast is delicious and also liked that it’s walking distance to Petco Park The pay parking is pricey especially considering that we’re staying at their Hotel.

Valets were friendly and helpful! Check-in was easy! Room was clean and cozy! Location was great! Right in the heart of the Gaslamp District where all the action was!

This property was in poor shape. The lobby was dirty. The lobby floors were dirty. The room had clearly not been cleaned prior to my check-in. It smelled horrible throughout the property, but especially within the room. The bathroom had hairs in the tub, hairs in the sink and hairs on the floor. I did not even check the remainder of the room. I turned around and walked back out of the hotel and walked two blocks to the Omni and checked in there. This room was a waste of 300+ a night for 4 nights non refundable. I didn’t speak to anyone at the front desk because even upon check-in they were not exactly overwhelmingly friendly and clearly didn’t care as the condition of the lobby showed that. I’d had a long day of travel from the East Coast and didn’t want to spend another 30 to 45 minutes going back-and-forth between rooms of a smelly hotel trying to find one that was maybe clean. I would not recommend anyone book this hotel there are much better options within one to two block radius.

Staff LAck of security. People were pounding on my door all night. Parking cost way too high.
