This was a one-night staycation for us over the 4th of July. Good location near Gaslamp district with good restaurants and bars nearby. Staff were pleasant. Except for the frig, we did not use the fully equipped kitchen but it's a nice amenity. We also did not use the pool or gym. Our room with queen bed was spacious. Only complaint was the sound proofing wasn't the greatest with noisy guests in the hall (it was the 4th :). We did not use the Valet service as it seemed pricey. We were not planning to use the in and out perk so parked at one of the many paid parking lots nearby for a much more reasonable overnight price. The complimentary breakfast was better than usual, but the times and space were limited for a weekend and we had a wait for seating or take our breakfast to our room. Overall, we would consider staying again especially for a Padres game!

Great breakfast
-
The breakfast is excellent and provide many delicious choices.
-
The staff from parking attendants to the front desk associates to housekeeping and breakfast people all were 5 star first cabin. I paid $500 for 1 night ( July 4th) and the room was smaller than an average master bedroom . Everything crammed together in 1 room. Then the total lets gouge our patrons was at checkout with them charging $70 for less then 24 hours parking.

N/A If the bathroom sink was bathroom.

Very nice accommodations. Room was excellent, staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and the hot foods hot. Highly recommend.

I love the location. Walking distance from Petco Park and all the nite life
-
Location. Staff Housekeeping came at the worst time for us and then wouldn’t come while we were gone.
-
I like the room with the kitchen. However the sink is not draining well. Staff was very helpful and they switched us to a better room. No parking at the hotel so we had to park in the parking garage down couple blocks away.

Housekeeping service was every second day and not necessarily full cleaning, at least in my case. Bed was remade and linens replaced - there didn't seem to be any attention to the kitchenette area and replenishing things like coffee creamers. Maybe due to its location, the hotel's overnight parking was quite expensive - we found garage parking within a few blocks at about 1/3 the cost.

Very nice and close to a lot of stuff!

The staff were friendly. The room had a weird musky smell to it. The pillows and the bed were absolutely horrible. Woke up with back pain, arm, pain, and neck pain. No parking only valet which is $70. You can park at the parking garages that are also separate fees.

The property was clean and looked nice and the staff was helpful.

The property is clean, well maintained, has free hot breakfast, has a lovely little bar with tasty bar food and the best bartender ever: Charlie. Everyone who worked there was friendly and helpful. We were allowed to check in several hours early after the staff realized we’d been up since 3 am for an early flight. The sleeper sofa was pretty worn out, but they did notify us they are about to renovate. About four blocks to trolley, convention center, stadium. Be aware Gaslamp is the party area, lots of bars where food is secondary, not many decent/quiet restaurants, and the area can be noisy at night, especially at weekends (ask for a higher floor to help mitigate street noise). Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our week there and would definitely stay again. Be sure to go around the corner to Galata Turkish Ice Cream. Delicious and run by the nicest people.

Excellent place to stay in downtown San Diego, it is very close to Petco Park and many restaurants and bars. The staff was helpful and courteous, the daily breakfast is great and the check in and check out process were painless.

Very nice rooms . Great breakfast and perfect location in Gaslamp quarter

NIce location-breakfast was very good. It was aggravating the front desk has no cash to break $20 bills so I could hand out $10 tips to housekeeping/valet/ breakfast staff, etc. to me, that reflects a lack of service from the hotel- silly no one has cash and I am certainly not going to scan a code to Zelle or Venmo a tip.
