Great location, helpful/honest staff...

The Service: The staff here goes above and beyond. Every interaction was marked by genuine hospitality, professionalism, and a welcoming attitude that made me feel right at home. The Gym: As someone who appreciates a good workout while traveling, I was incredibly impressed. The fitness center is well-equipped, clean, and far better than your standard hotel gym setup. The Sky Bar: This was the absolute highlight of the trip! The rooftop bar has an incredible vibe, great energy, and absolutely stunning views of the city. It’s the perfect spot to unwind and take in San Diego. The location in the Gaslamp District is perfect for getting around, but the hotel itself is so good you almost don't want to leave. I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to San Diego. Highly recommended!

The shower was the worse it didn’t drain right away. Had to take a shower with soapy water and try to rise off once the water drained.

The location was very good, close to the convention center. AC had some trouble but changed the room and it was fixed.

Better check in organization. Waited a hour after check in time to get to my room. It wasn’t ready.

It is a great hotel in a great location

They didn’t give me itemized receipt, even after I asked for it. They said that’s because I booked through Booking. I am still waiting for them to give me an itemized receipt for reimbursement.
