Superb

Everything was great except they made us wait till 445 to check in and then I didn’t get the room I reserved

We paid so much to not get at least a mini fridge or microwave & our tv was broken, the shower head was also broken, our ironing board was very dirty and broken.

Nice property. Wish the room had a safe and refrigerator.

Staff was really nice however the room itself had a really bad humid smell so we requested a change of room which they did change our room and that room smelled just as bad so we ended up staying in our original room. The carpet looked really dirty. The restroom shower curtain had a really bad humid smell. We had a rough night with little sleep as we heard the plumbing pipes in the restroom bubbling and it was so loud all night.

Location to ballpark very good Parking is high

Nice hotel and friendly staff. Awesome rooftop bar. Easy access to everything, especially the ballpark. The only issue is with the loud music until very late. Friday ans Saturday night the music went until well after midnight or 1:00 am. You can't really hear it from the upper floors except for the booming bass. It was hard to get to sleep.

The room was not great but well located for what I wanted to do.

The concierge level had a beautiful breakfast and a gorgeous view. There’s not one thing I didn’t like.

It was a great experience through and through.

Breakfast was excellent. Location was walking distance from my destination. Booking staff/ Lobby staff were fantastic Everything was great.

Location Noisy drain and bathroom was to dark small bath/shower. The bed made noises and the pillow was to soft. Tolerable but not comfortable.

Love the location and love the staff. All super helpful and friendly. Our room was a little dated in the plumbing made strange noises and the water pressure was not very great. Other than that, we do really enjoy staying here.

Exceptional

It was just steps away from the Gas Lamp Gate at Petco Stadium. The hotel had an excellent restaurant and a delicious breakfast. The saltwater taffy in glass bowls were a nice touch. My room did not have conditioner in the room. It had shampoo and soap but no conditioner.
