Nice hotel, great location at good price, though it needs a little more "love" in the mantainance

Great hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff. Great location. Lots of restaurants nearby. Awesome room. Great place to stay.

Bring your own coffee instead of relying on the coffee pods they have in the room which is not very good. Looks more like tea when it's brewed and if you get a breakfast credit upon check-in make sure that it's actually being applied to your account because that was not the case for us. I would say the check-in crew was more fresh and appealing then the checkout crew which seemed to be tired and overworked

My girlfriend and I love our stay, very close to shops, restaurants, bars, street parking was easy to find with a short walk to the hotel

Little confused about the parking area to drop the luggage off

Staff was helpful. Excellent location. $33 for a double shot at Bar 207 was a bit steep. There was a large tear in our carpet in our room and the layout was funky. Other than that, the floor was quiet, A/C was decent and the bed was comfortable.

The property is in an amazing location. The rooms are nice and clean. The amenities are super lacking. There’s not a whole lot to do there. There is one bar that doesn’t open until 4 PM. There is one store, but it’s not a traditional hotel gift shop it. It’s more geared towards hard rock merchandise and doesn’t have all of the necessities you might need. The pool is not impressive at all. And it’s $75 a day to park a car even if you are already paying for your room. The location makes it worth it because it’s walking distance to so many other things. But I have stayed at other hard rock locations that have way more amenities.

My stay was great and I had no complains but the only thing that I could recommend is for the hotel to get outlets or stands with USB connection for phones and other devices. I will like to add that the location of the hotel was great if you wanted to go to gas lamp district right outside. Just location itself I would stay here again.

Spa was filthy and was out of service- obviously broken but should’ve been a priority to get fixed as it’s middle of summer. Room was good and was clean. Outdoor patio area had old food all over the place. Kind of gross

The room looked like it needed a little TLC with plenty to scuffs in the main room and bathroom but absolutely fine for our needs. The acid test is would we go back and yes I would for the location and room comfiness.

Shower door is in need of adjustment badly!

Amazing staff and amazing hotel

Ok

First time there, we got our room, Which was nice, but the bathroom was dirty, someone exploded the toilet. So gross, called front desk, they sent us to another room, which was old and no upgrades. Very disappointing. Requested our old room back and good thing I saw housekeeping and asked them to clean the restroom again.

Loved the location, everything in the room was clean and very spacious. Would stay here again.

Odd but functional layout. Good amenities. Very good location for ballgames, Gaslamp district.
