Staffs are very friendly. Clean, and safe also. Beautiful, and convenient seeing and check out the city, enjoy fresh ocean air with awesome bar restaurants around the corner.

Downside was the $70 to park your car each day. Another factor: the passing train which caused a lot of noise, especially early morning. Otherwise would book again.

Great location great facilities but very expensive
-
The hotel and bedroom smells like sewage, it was very unpleasant to endure that all night long. Was surprised to have to pay $70 for overnight parking, $46 destination fee, $25 for breakfast and $5 for WiFi. I have stayed in Motel 6 with much more free amenities than this one. Also, hotel is right next to a train track and you will be hearing it all night long. Bed is comfy of course, but to pay $200 and have no perks but a comfy bed is a Terrible experience and I am definitely not coming back to this location.

Nice hotel in the heart of Gaslamp Dist

Location is excellent. Premises and room are immaculate. The negative is $70 overnight parking.

Stayed for a conference, which is likely the main purpose this hotel serves. Was upgraded due to IHC membership, which was nice. The king suite was big and spacious, but some of the room amenities could use upgrading. The ironing board and iron were barely usable. The shower took quite a bit to warm up. And the television on the living area would not play live TV programming. Since I was barely in the room I did not care to report it. What I felt was in poor taste was the obvious nickel and dimming that a "luxury" brand such as Hilton felt was necessary. $5 water bottles was pretty obscene, but an oatmeal for $14 and a drip coffee for $5? Top that with a mandatory percentage added due to "the increase in minimum wage". Hilton is not a mom and pops BB, or even a boutique resort. Stop leveraging your desire to not pay your employees a living wages on your guests.

I booked Hilton for a two night stay for a conference. I was ill and checked out the next morning. The gentleman told me I would receive a receipt on my email. After 4 days I looked at email and nothing. I tried reaching out to them and was unable to. I tried Hilton.com and they couldn't either. I looked at my credit card and was charged both nights. I was in a hurry to leave that I accidentally left clothes in the closet. I am here in person with a sorry explanation from Rene M., the front desk person, telling me basically oh well and the lost and found guy telling me he can't find my clothes either. Terrible experience for a Hilton hotel and a terrible experience from Expedia!! Never again!!

- my coffee machine still had the last person’s coffee pod in it, - trash was not completely empty, - unidentified small bug in my sink, - musty smell if the ac was above 70 degrees…

Everything was clean and easy
-
Nice staff and clean hotel. Convenient location. Only thing I didn’t appreciate is 4pm check in time. We paid extra to check in early.
-
Balcony rooms were not actually balconies
-
Everything was great accept the fridge didn’t work and the shower water didn’t get hot.
-
just a great hotel for attending the conference center
-
Hotel was clean well maintained and recently updated Location is good downtown however it is noisy outside especially at night (could use better noise prevention windows) and a ability to walk dog early morning is a bit concerning given homeless population nearby
-
Loved my room. Beautiful view. Great Location. I did have someone who had a dog next door and could hear them a lot when barking but the owner was mindful to take them away when that happened. I was traveling alone but felt completely safe in that environment which I appreciated a lot would definitely come there again

convinient location, noisy, clean, friendly staff
-
Great spot! However, needs much better windows/sliding glass doors. I could hear everything going on outside at night. Beds are extremely soft and I don’t sleep well on those, but that’s a me thing. Otherwise, great location, clean and all working there were great!

The location was good. The staff was wonderful nice bar that’s about all. I got out of it, but it was a very nice hotel top of the list. The extra fees were a little disappointing
