Everyone at The Den was so nice and helpful, the facilities and rooms were great, great location -close to restaurants and mall, and we loved the breakfast and pool!

Employee kind a rude. Room doesnot have closet. Balcony floor is dirty. Mattress are not comfortable at all. Air conditioner vent blow air on face when you slept on bed. No water bottle in mini refrigerator. Pool is good & motel entrance are good but parking is paid only.

Excellent property truly was a diamond that we found. Staff was wonderful facilities will clean very nice. Will definitely stay back there. And the restaurant was superb.

Our room was clean and cozy, the staff was so friendly and attentive, and the breakfast buffet was a convenient amenity.

Everything was great but you had to pay for the WiFi. We didn’t know and we were charge $30 for 3 nights

Comfortable beds, staff was very welcoming, breakfast till 11am was amazing! Definitely returning to stay sometime in the near future.

The restaurant waitresses were nice and friendly. Bartenders were good too. Some Front office folks need to have better customer service. The check in staff need to have more empathy on travelers, I know there can be delays in getting rooms ready, but they need to show that they care.

The property was clean and the restaurant was good. The only complaints we had were that the bed was too soft and not comfortable, and the bathrooms had glass for doors, so at night if you have to use the bathroom, you will light up the whole room.

No hot tub, also there were a ton of kids during our stay and it was super loud until 10 o’clock

Staff, breakfast, bar, and facilities were great. Parking is terrible. Mainly the parking spots. They are so narrow that there is no reasonable spacing between you and other cars.

The hotel was clean and well maintained. The serve at the breakfast was good too, the only thing is they don’t carry creamer :/ so it’s milk instead . But overall is welcoming .

The rooms itself were pretty dirty like they haven’t been cleaned in a while; dust everywhere dirty shower floors, and broken shower handles/head.
