The hotel doesn’t advertise that there’s a parking fee. The room was kind of rundown hold. The wallpaper was peeling off. I bet sheets uncovered in light you could see that they were stains and then they have not not been washed the room was OK, but I believe overall my experience was pretty poor there

I am extremely disappointed in the experience my husband and I had at this hotel. Upon arrival we noticed our water pressure was off in the room, the water would shut off randomly in the middle of a shower and then shoot out extremely hot water. We brought this up to the front desk and they said they would have an engineers take a look. We stayed for three nights and this was never fixed so I don’t even know if they bothered to look into it. The mattress was also completely work down/ broken to the springs on the right side of the bed. We also let the front desk know on the first night and they said they would have someone come take a look. Nothing was corrected so we followed up the next day. They said there was nothing they could do about that. This ended up being the most uncomfortable 3 night stay and we are so dissatisfied at how this was handled by the staff. On top of this the room was not the cleanest, bedding was stained and the room snd towels smelled musty.

The property is in a good location , the property needs some updates , felt it was overpriced for what you get ! The staff was not friendly
-
It was close to downtown and to old town and right across the freeway from target and restaurants I did see one cockroach in the restroom in my room and did check around it was fine other than that it didn’t effect my stay at all
-
Hated the property They charged me for bottle of water placed at the counter on a thankyou coaster ! I thougjt it was complimentary and they have charged me for something not placed in the fridge or designated snack space

Food at the restaurant (Club Bistro) was very tasty and not pricey
-
Room was dated. Bathroom was small and the show curtain was too long. The hotel shows its age. It was clean but it would have been nice to have ice machines available and a microwave in the room.

Kindness of the staff The bed was uncomfortable

Great location. Comfortable rooms. Lovely pool. Housekeeping let our stay down. Fridge still had half used drinks from previous guests. No towels, bodywash and conditioner was empty entire stay even after requests to refill them. Shower cuts out and is very noisy. Breakfast very expensive for what you get.

However, when i pulled the bed sheets, i noticed there's stain. so i called the front desk. since it was a bit late in the evening, around 10:pm. theres only one person on duty. his name was Mario. he is not accustomed in housekeeping. after the 2nd time changing the sheets i still noticed bigger stains. so i pulled and brought the sheets on the front desk to see it for them personally. however, the night manager said Mario left for the night. so i have to grab my own blanket and pillow cases to get by. Victor said he will call me back but never did. the following day, i spoke to another manager Midge. The breakfast crew was looking for breakfast voucher. I was told that i can go to 1st floor or 12th floor However Midge waived and allowed me to get my breakfast since i was already on the table. prior to checking in i called the front desk and requested that i need a rubber mat for the bath tub. to prevent slipping. nothing was there.. but i was told it was already been requested but not been completed. its one after another. in short lack of coordination and communication on staff. thank you.

-
Great staff. Good parking.
-
Location and staff. Room was clean and bed reasonably comfortable. Old rooms, no accessible plugs (had to unplug lamp to plug in phone charger) rusty sprinklers and random yellow spots on bathroom ceiling.
-
Room was very clean, staff friendly, helpful and accommodating.
