Rooms were really clean and comfortable. Request for services were addressed quickly. Staff was very nice and friendly.

Great property for the price.
-
Great stay. A close trolley and fairy ride to anywhere.
-
Ok stay.
-
Great location and value for a short-term stay in the city.

The room is very good! Although the parking garage space very tiny hard to park when you have an SUV. Also wifi u have to pay plus parking! So if you are staying for a few nights expect another $100. Another thing also is the pool small. Although they have a laundry for free. It’s really up to you of what is your priority. As for me i did not like the parking, small pool and fees but other than that room is great size and clean :) staff are nice as well

We reserved a 2 Bedroom suite, it was very clean and roomy and the 2 bathrooms and full kitchen were very convenient. We would definitely stay again.

no wifi were paying 800 for 2 nights

Good location for traveling around San Diego. Clean room and helpful staff. Loved the free rentals of sand toys, beach bogey boards, towels, chairs and coolers. Small pool was sometimes overcrowded. Elevator was broken near our room. Parking we could only pay and street parking was limited and a little sketchy.

The place was clean and spacious, definitely staying there again. It was in the middle of everything, Benihana a walk away, they have everything poolside along with happy hours

Loved it! Staying in a 2 bedroom suite is always so nice when you have kiddos. The location is great in a safe neighborhood with quick access to the freeways.

The pool was great. Hot tub was warm enough and clean

the resort was nice and clean. staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and I really liked the spices in the kitchen. also the free laundry was great. No free Wi-Fi... REALLY???? it's 2026 there should be free Wi-Fi !!! The dryers didn't work at all. There isn't much to do for the kids. This resort used to have an arcade center now there's just a sitting area. Also no complimentary coffee in lobby. This used to be provided too.

Space Awkward smell/ odor. Hearing everything. Down to the room next door snoring. False advertising on accommodations.

Great location. Nice loft.

Parking is secured, rooms are clean & spacious, easy check in and check out (they sell timeshare). Only negative is you have to pay for wifi.
-
The other issue was parking. At other Worldmark properties we've stayed at, we were not charged for parking, but the $25 parking fee was applied to our bill if we didn't go to the 1.5 hour timeshare breakfast. amenities like parking should not be contingent on taking 1.5 hours away from your vacation to go to a time share presentation. This was foist upon us at checkin time when all we wanted to do was get in our room. Wifi was also an amenity you had to pay for. Overall I feel like this property puts timeshare sales over guests experiences. I don't travel much, and was disappointed by this negative experience. finally, we were repeatedly harassed by phone by their timeshare sales team, so much so that I ended up unplugging the phone.
