Easy check in, friendly staff, pool needs a little bit of maintenance, clean rooms but no door on bathroom with lock just a sliding door.

This is a privately owned hotel; not a typical Wyndham hotel. It’s run down. We were given a room that upon entering smelled like a dirty diaper. They know that and still check people into that room. Then we were given a room with a king so we had three adults sleeping on a king bed. No apologies or discount was given for our troubles. We slept horribly. The facility is surprisingly run down. Breakfast is bare bones/minimum. Horrible service and experience for how much we paid.

Pretty good for the price point. Close to everything we wanted to do.

I really only slept there..went on excursions while visiting San Diego..however, I will not stay here again..the room was very mid and the noise level and light that comes in was too much for my taste..

We chose this hotel because of the description and pictures on Hotels.com. The description mentioned “a separate seating area,” the pictures showed a separate seating area, and we even called the hotel directly to ask if their rooms had a separate seating area (we were told yes by an on site staff member). Upon arrival, there wasn’t a separate seating area. This is definitely false advertisement. We tried to use the hot tub one night, and it was the same temperature as the pool (not hot at all).

Outdated and dirty. The property pictures are deceiving.
-
The room smelled horrible of mold.

Staff was great. Breakfast was ok, I wish they offered juice with it but overall good.
-
Parking was not included and it wa $14 per day. The bed linens were clean but the bathroom needed a little bit if cleaning. The bedroom furnitures were worn out.
-
The room was plain, however, clean and stocked with enough towel and soap. The water pressure and temperature of the water was good. The breakfast was ok. They had make your own waffles, breads and cereals. The part that was sketchy for me was that there was a gallon of milk out for the guests and peeled boiled eggs in a container. I feel that a more sanitary option would have been for the eggs to be in their shells and individual cartons of milk be served. A juice option would have been nice. The staff did their job. The 2 persons that I encountered were okay.

it's old and dirty room, I had kids and found a medication on the floor. located is convenient, a lots food and shopping centers. try one time is enough.

The front desk staff were not helpful during our stay. We reported several issues with our room, but our concerns were ignored, and no meaningful action was taken to resolve them. At checkout, I was told that everything had been taken care of and that an email regarding the matter had been sent to me. However, I have still not received any email. I expected much better customer service and follow-up, especially after bringing the issues to the staff's attention multiple times. Based on my experience, I hope the hotel improves both its customer service and communication with future guests.

The place was ok. The breakfast was what just waffles and boiled eggs mainly. The hot tub jets didn’t work. And my girlfriend said she saw a roach in the bathroom. Oh and the toilet broke the first night there

But I don't understand why the floors get mopped with dirty water feom the previous róoms. Look just because your mop buckets are prepaired with an agent that is suppose to clean the floors, doesnnot mean that after you mopped the floor rinse the mop in dirty water ring it out 10 times and then continue on to then next room.

They charge for parking.

Jacuzzi did not work, room outlets, lamps and coffee maker did not work. Disappointment for the price we paid. Some staff rude.

Great suits

Our room looked like it was still under construction. It smelled like cat urine in the bath room . That was the second room they put us in because our room key did not work in the first room .
-
Room smelled of mildew and mold very strong, the tv did not work, no cable/internet, and in the second room we went to, there was no light in the bathroom. Additionally, the air conditioner blew the curtains so much that there was no privacy through the window.

After staying in the room, I woke up with large, painful bites all over my body. It was very concerning and made me question the cleanliness and condition of the room. Instead of taking responsibility or showing concern, the hotel dismissed my experience. I expected a clean, safe, and comfortable place to stay, but unfortunately, this hotel failed to provide that. Based on my experience with the cleanliness, lack of housekeeping, and the bites I suffered, I would not recommend staying here.
