Our stay was great, clean with a nice view. The bartenders at the bar had good customer service and good drinks. I think the employees should communicate that you need the room key to exit the parking structure and to enter the lobby from the parking lot. The hotel is small but has a lot of floors, there are 3 elevators for the whole building one was down when we were there and it takes a while to go up to your room and to come down, other than that our stay was great. There are a lot of things nearby not too far from the snap dragon if you're there for a concert. They also have a small area to buy snacks and water from which I think is convenient.

The lobby was very nice as were the amenities. Our first room had a terrible plumbing sound and the bathroom was showing its age. They tried to make amends by another room but, it was smaller with a view of garage cans and similar bathroom. Plumbing was better.

Bad Service from the Management/Staff. We had to call several times and waited for 2 hrs to get just an extra towel. Unclean Pool area and broken chairs.

I was very disappointed with the room we received. When I booked this stay, I was worried the room wouldn’t meet our expectations, and unfortunately that ended up being the case. When we arrived, we were in a disability room? This was never mentioned during the booking process. Our check-in experience was also frustrating. We arrived about two hours early, fully understanding that our room might not be ready. We simply wanted to ask if early check-in was possible. The front desk employee initially told us to come back in about 20 minutes because he would be able to check us in. We waited and returned, only to be told to give it a few more minutes. When I checked again, he acted as though we had never spoken before and told me we were too early and that he had no estimate for when the room would be ready. We left to get lunch, which was completely fine, but I wish we had been given accurate information from the beginning instead of being asked to wait multiple times. Even when we returned at 4:00 p.m., we still had to wait another 20 minutes because our room was not ready. After such a long day of traveling, finally getting into our room was another disappointment. The shower was very difficult to use, we found dead flowers underneath the bed cover, and it was not anywhere to what I imagined. We booked this weekend getaway because we’ve had a very difficult few months and were looking forward to relaxing. Instead the entire experience was frustrating from the moment we arrived

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Even though the lobby was full, check in was fairly quick and easy
-
Nice staff. Nice rooms but too many things dont work. Elevators, parking gate issues and much more
-
AC doesn’t work very well, rooms are kinda small (double queen beds). Elevators weren’t working upon our arrival but after a few hours 2/3 of the elevators were back up and running. Staff were friendly and helpful! Breakfast was pretty standard when you pay for it.
-
I was surprised to be charged for parking in addition to the room.
-
Check in is terrible long line, have to come back after 4:00 pm and wait for more than 1 hour to check in. 😩
-
Elevator breakdown was a severe inconvenience.
-
Maybe have free breakfast
-
Ok stay, only there for 1 day for a enhyphen concert, parking structure is underground but the alarm needs to be fixed.
-
Convenient location to all the hotspots in San Diego.
-
The staff is great and responsive. The many things that do not work in the rooms and throughout properties is horrible. Daily issues with elevators, ice machines, plumbing, parking etc, etc.
-
The stay was fine.
-
The bed was comfortable. Parking cost was a bit high
-
Next room was loud till late at night (thin walls) Amenities were missing from room and had to ask three times for them to send someone up with asked amenities
-
A clock on the nightstand would've been nice, and the TV color was atrocious.

Was great
