Parking is 37 dollars which is insane!! Everything else was good. Nothing exceptional but a nice hotel to stay at.

Very clean room and staff are very friendly and helpful.

Enjoyed my stay. Although maintenance was being done on 3rd elevator the other 2 were still available. Room has no access to tv services such as Netflix and the streaming they had available were not available leaving you with paid movie choices. Lastly there was no microwave available.

property was very well maintained however he wanted to charge us more for parking. I unacceptable. The showers were cold in the morning and there was no good coffee on.

Room wasn’t clean and you can tell there was hair by the tv right out in the open wondering how they missed that gum was under the couch and lots of dust and hair behind the chair I don’t know if they rushed but it wasn’t clean right..also house keeping walked in the room two times they knocked one time then just rushed inside didn’t give us no time to go open it we didn’t make a big deal but still not cool

We did not have breakfast there but we had dinner and it was ok

Staff was very professional, my room was immaculate, service was top notch. When I search for a hotel, the first thing I look for is free breakfast, After my workout, I went down to lobby to get my free breakfast, unfortunately, they did not offer free breakfast. The other issue, I thought free parking was included, but it wasn’t.

Did see that the sheets on the bed wasn't changed. Breakfast. First one of staff told us that the Continental breakfast was free and the buffet with bacon, sausage and others was $14.99. Then next day the whole breakfast buffet was $28 a person. That we didnt like.

Breakfast wasn’t worth the extra money , there is a Dennys right down the road

Room was clean with fresh scent linens. In room coffee maker was damaged but front desk replaced in a timely manner. Bar seemed nice but the bartenders seemed confused, unprofessional and inattentive. Friend and I each ordered a cocktail, a bartender forgot to make one. After a reminder he hesitantly started making it and kept stopping to serve other patrons. Maybe he was a new hire.

We were on a 3-city, two hotels in a row stays at a Courtyard by Marriott at LA's South Coast Plaza (popcorn ceilings, remodeled bathroom) and then this Hilton Mission Valley in San Diego. Upon checking in, we were told the air conditioning was not operating and were offered free parking (normally $37/day) and two free breakfast FULL BUFFET vouchers with 3 'meats, enchiladas and a self serve Belgian waffle maker (probably about $27/pp). Meals were great, we requested an extra fan for the room, it really was fine at night. The pool and jacuzzi was missing some pool tiles, but the jacuzzi and pool and the availability of these ammenities was very much appreciated. The Italian Kitchen across the freeway and Trader Joes, Shake Shack and Panera Bread were very convenient by car.
