Reviews
-
Nice area, pool and lobby, but room was just ok. No fan in the bathroom so the wall paper was peeling off and it was very stuffy.
-
Few options on the breakfast
-
Check in early was great
-
The staff wasn’t very helpful and I the parking garage gate didn’t work properly. I asked for a detailed receipt and was told they couldn’t provide me one because I booked through a third party
-
Dinner in the bar was terrible. Half the menu wasnt available and it took about 30 minutes to receive our food as we sat alone in the dinning room. The staff was great, but the kitchen was just not making their lives easy. Will not plan on eating at that hotel ever again.
-
Clean hotel. Showers and rooms are old but in good condition. Towels are thin and scratchy. The restaurant was extremely slow and ran out of multiple dishes (and the main vegetarian ones), so dining was a very subpar experience.
-
Clean facility with helpful and friendly staff.
-
Nice place, would visit again.
-
A decent room to stay at with a bed and functional bathroom. Cleaning service did not come to our room at all and we didn't have the do not disturb sign on the door knob. Gone for 5 hours at the San Diego Zoo and nothing was done while we were away from the hotel.

I was unaware at time of booking that the entire weekend I stayed, the outdoor door was closed due to a private event. Booked there to relax poolside but instead had to also move my room to opposite site of property due to loud event music.
-
We loved the hotel …excellent rooms ..clean and cozy. The indoor pool is a huge plus as we were able to keep swimming until 10:00 PM with little ones
-
hotel charged me separately, even after acknowledging engine reservation
-
I will definitely coming to stay there
-
What they do not tell you it’s 40 dollars to use their parking overnight and I was charged for water in the room my family did not use. Also when I spoke to customer services about charges they stated no problem and will refund in which they never did.

The first room I got the bed was lumpy and AC didnt work. Not sure what it was, but it felt like springs were popping out. I moved to another room and the bed was better but very stuffy upon arrival and the AC wasnt working very well and the room smelled stale. There was hair left on the shower wall. It looked like the housekeeper couldn't reach ot so he/she left it. My key card only worked on my door. I had couldn't access the garage with it. I had to call everything I needed to enter or exit. The front desk was not very helpful with this. I couple of times I called and they picked up and hung up with saying anything. I would not stay there again.
