First the beds were so heavily used it has sink holes of either side. Middle was higher than the rest. Even with that I slept ok. Second was the laundry facilities were always backed up because only one washer was ever working at one time. Last was that the only door working to enter the building was the front door or in the parking garage so if you parked in the back you would have to walk around the building to get access.

We really enjoyed our stay in the hotel. The receptionist - Diana - was super sweet and attentive. The room was massive. My mom and sister took the beds while i slept on the couch. I asked for extra pillows and they provided it right away. They even allowed us to store our luggage after checking out of the hotel. The kitchen had everything - from plates and glasses and a microwave. It was a really good experience. According to my mom and sister, the breakfast was a little bit underwhelming. The location of the hotel was a little out of way and the only option we had was to take an uber.

This was the worst hotel experience we have ever had. The room was dirty when we checked in: cup stains on the nightstands, dust on the shelves, hair and old dirt inside the drawers and cabinets, and dishes with food still stuck to them. I didn’t even feel comfortable unpacking our suitcases. The hotel is old, the hallways have poor ventilation, and the room was very humid, so our clothes and belongings constantly felt damp. Parking is extremely limited. The underground garage is tiny, and the outdoor spaces behind the building are so narrow that it is difficult to open the car doors. There is also an accessible entrance near the handicapped parking spaces, but it was locked, forcing guests to walk around the building. Housekeeping was a major disappointment. After two nights, nobody had cleaned the room or even taken out the trash. After I complained through the hotel chat, staff finally came the next morning, after our third night, and removed the trash. At that point, we only had one night left before checkout, so a full cleaning was no longer important to me. I told them that I had not had time to secure our valuables in the safe and specifically asked them not to enter or clean the room while we were away. Despite that clear request, staff still entered our room in our absence. The ice machine on our floor was broken, the hotel had very few luggage carts, the furniture was worn and stained, the headboard was dirty, the bathroom door looked like it had been chewed by a dog, and the shower gel ran out on the first day. The only positive was the breakfast, which was fairly good. Unfortunately, that does not make up for the condition of the hotel and the poor service, especially considering the price. We have stayed in much cheaper hotels with far better cleanliness and service.

Nice central location, safe, very friendly staff, solid hot breakfast. Shower curtain was mounted too high and caused flooding when we took a shower. One of the TVs in the suite worked fine, the other you had to unplug the hdmi, replug it in, then switch inputs on the TV every time you turned it on. Solid value for the money. Family of 3. Would stay there again.

    Great time. Thank you!

The floors were not very clean in the lobby and elevator. The bed was quite soft and uncomfortable. The shower curtain was too short resulting in water on the floor with showering. There was no fan working in the bathroom, making drying of towels difficult.

Unbelievable hotel. So nice and clean. Rooms amazing. Staff so lovely. Ideal location. Great stay

Room was clean and tidy, staff were helpful and nice. The breakfast was very basic I wish they had a bit more variety, the pool was not as warm for a heated pool and there were no towels on all four days we were there. You have to ask for towels at the front desk which defeats the purpose of having the amenities. Overall the hotel is good just not great, I would recommend for anyone traveling with kids.
