Mission View Inn & Suites San Diego Sea World - Zoo

The staff was friendly and doing the best job possible, but the property was really, really bad. Our door was so water damaged that it didn't truly close and you had to bash it with your shoulder to open. Everything was falling apart, the tub had a steady stream no matter how tight we shut it off. Not a drip, a stream. The room smelt of mold and smoke. My kids did say the bunk beds were comfortable. I hate to leave such a bad review, but that was a lot of money to spend to stay in what felt like a place that should have been condemned.

Staff was amazing

Horrible Manager, we booked for about a little over a week and stayed only one night. Pictures don't look like the place at all. Rust in the bathroom/shower. Hair left over from previous guest. People smoking Marijuana outside our room so it smelled in our room any time we opened the door. No parking at night. Would never stay here again. Renovations going on without being disclosed prior to booking, so no breakfast available. Just overall the worse experience. And no reimbursement. 2000 dollars wasted.

This property is so bad to stay at and not what you see in the pictures. The couch in the room was disgusting with cigarette burns all over it but worse was the dried circles of bodily fluids all over the couch. We asked for cancellation and our money back due to unfit condition, then called Expedia to warn this property should not be listed. We still could not stay there for 4 days and found another place to stay. Just a very bad experience we have never had before like this.

I would not stay here again. Our experience was very disappointing. There were roaches in the room, which is completely unacceptable. The toilet clogged after just one flush, making the bathroom unusable. The floors were visibly stained and looked dirty, the lights flickered throughout our stay, and there was a strong unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. Overall, the room did not feel clean or well maintained. I hope management addresses these issues because this was not the quality I expected. Oh and let’s not forgot the elevator only worked once, so we have to go down the stairs.

Nothing it was dirty. The TVs didn’t work every day you had to go get a new key.

Not a good hotel. Equivalent to a Motel 6.

The water from the bathroom kept running and we couldn’t turn it off. Asked help desk for help and they couldn’t do much. The sheets did not look clean and room had a weird smell.

Mattress only Pool and jacuzzi were nasty. No pool towels and chairs and lounge chairs were all broken. Shower was leaking the entire time. Room had a funky smell. Area was not good either a lot of homeless.

room was clean only issue was the door we had trouble getting in for a while but the front sesk guy helped out so it was fine

Rooms were dirty, walls were dirty, scratches all over bed frames. Bed pillows were stained. So disgusting. Do not stay here with family.

Overall ok. But thenroom was clean but had a smokey atmosphere.

The price only The rooms have a smell, they stink! Th hotel overall looks run down.
