It was not close to the airport, so it took about 20-25 min in traffic. Faster back to the airport at 4am. We had to change rooms because the first one on the first floor had water under the bathroom floor that came through when stepped on. It was a bare minimum room. Not worth the $400 per night (due to last minute booking). The place is a bit old and rundown. If the owners would put some money into fixing it up, it wouldn't be too bad. Some unsavory characters hanging around in the back parking areas giving it an overall unsafe feeling. The manager and desk staff were very kind and helpful, wanting to please the customers. The fridge worked. There was running water. The toilet flushed. There was a bed that wasn't too bad. If we had only paid $100/night, we wouldn't have been so disappointed. Happy to leave. Won't go back.

Bed sheets were blood stained dirty over all

Staff was very friendly. Very comfy bed. Decent shower pressure. A ton of food places and local grocery store are very close, which was great. AC was very cold, excellent. You need to request any pots, pans, utensils, shampoo, conditioner etc though if you want them. We found no elevator, so we had to pull heavy luggage and everything else up 2 flights of stairs. In our particular room, the bed support on one side was a stack of wood. Definitely not the cleanest place. The sink in the bathroom flooded. The room had many flying small bugs. The refrigerator had several dead small (assuming) flying bugs at the bottom of the fridge. Small tiny TV, maybe 22 inch. Outlets for our plug-ins were hidden behind the pullout couch bed. So we had to look for them, they weren't obvious. I was hesitant to express these concerns at checkout with a new person checking in at the same time, as I was a unsure if this would be everyone's experience. Would we stay here again? Only if nothing else in a similar price range/ammenity wise was available.

The room was crawling with ants

Room was outdated, no hot water in shower, water would not go down the drain, bed was very hard and uncomfortable. By the stairs trash was everywhere. Found it strange at check front desk employee asked if I wanted to see the room before getting assigned to it. Then an hour later they call to see if everything was ok. Found it little strange. Wouldn’t stay there again.

I liked the location, woke up to a beautiful view of the mountains The shower was dirty and didn’t drain properly, I also got stuck in my room twice because my door got stuck.

Obvious large water damage on ceiling. Broken light bulb in lamp by the bed. In general poorly cleaned. There was clean bedding so we decided to stay since we doubted other hotel rooms would be available at last minute. Outside of property and Area surrounding were I. Good shape and good neighborhood.

Room were nasty will mold in refrigerator,restroom and toilet we immediately left and ask for a refund which they wouldn’t give us don’t not book or stay here would not recommend

Decent area Check in was good. Pretty smooth. My wife and I take our stuff to the room and noticed a very strong odor. Like cheap cleaning products. We noticed the bed had multiple stains on the sheets and the blanket. One of the pillows had blood on it. The bed was terrible. I went downstairs and told the stuff which they said I can get another room. Just wanted a refund at that point. At first they said they give the refund so I said if I can just get refunded the 1 of 2 days of our stay that was fine. He said come back tomorrow for check out and we’ll refund you for the 2nd night. Did just that and the hotel has yet to refund me. The staff were all very rude except one. Terrible experience.

This place needs to be condemned. I did not feel safe or comfortable staying in there. I actually drove an hour back home late into the night because I did not feel safe. The room was run down, chipped paint, stained walls. Please do not book here.

i am not a breakfast person but i enjoyed the coffee rooms could use paint touch up along with the cabinets. the tub needs to be recooked and shower bar replaced. it was rusted and pitted

Terrible

It is a terribly dirty place; it smells of urine, and the smell of marijuana is very strong. It is filthy, the lobby staff isn't around to help you, and the keys don't work. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND IT; I don't know why the company has let this hotel fall into such a state of neglect.

This was the worst place to stay - dirty room with missing amenities (including a microwave or coffee pot) and HUGE dumpster outside the room full of rotting trash. There were bugs in the room and it smelled of mold. When we went to the lobby to complain, I was met by the rudest staff who explained to me that none of this was her problem. I try not to complain- but honestly, RUN.

Arrived a little after hours (around 11pm) front office was locked, took 20 minutes for the employee to come unlock the door for check-in. I paid for the room during booking weeks in advance, but was told i had to pay again even after showing her the receipt that showed I paid. Room was nasty, stained towels, sheet and bugs crawling around. Doesn’t even provide shampoo or body wash. Then I had someone beating on the door repeatedly right at 11am telling us we had to check out, I explained we were just finishing up packing and we’d be out in 5 minutes, but yet continued to stand at the door and wait for us to leave. Pick any other hotel/ motel than this one!

There was urine on the walls & blood on the bathtub

Stayed for 2 nights was not provided with any new towels or house keeping terrible service at the front desk line of people every time i walked by unacceptable will not be staying here again

Good location Nothing
