The worst experience ever we checked in roughly around 10:30 PM went to the room first thing I always do when I check into any hotel is check the bed for bedbugs and there was a whole bunch of pubic hairs on both beds. There was also a peach pit on the ground fruit flies all over the room and a horrible smell of cigarette when it’s a non-smoking room went straight downstairs to let them know they didn’t even offer another room so we had to leave now. They won’t refund me because they say they can’t when this was so unhygienic and I was not gonna have my children sleep there. They have been giving me the runaround saying management will call me back, but they don’t. Expedia was no help as well. Horrible to not book here.

Did not have an ice machine

The room was dirty: floors dirty, kitchen area dirty. There were stains on the sheets. There was hair on the sheets once pulling back the covers. Office staff were not helpful: here are some sheets, go change it yourself, housekeeping done for the day. Seriously, do not stay in this place!

The bathroom and kitchen needed maintenance. Not dirty, but a bit run-down.

Bed was comfortable. Would be ideal for someone needing a temporary lodging and room to live in while visiting or looking for a permanent place to live.

Location Bed is too soft, furniture old and the whole room still has that old smell of cigarette smoke (probably impregnated from past use), noisy neighbors, hard to get amenities, TV remote wasn’t working, but the staff were great. They tried to make the best with what they had.

this was just ok for a last-minute stay. I booked the same night because we had 3 little ones and did not want to take the long drive home. The room was spacious because of the small kitchen included, but nothing was included inside the room. No personal hygiene essentials that typically come with your room (shampoo, conditioner etc..) No kitchen essentials ( silverware, plates, pots pans or even soap) everything was available at the front desk if asked for. But you are not made aware of this till you see the signs in your room. Which is fine, but I wasn't willing to make that walk to the office with my young children because of the multiple junkies that were digging through all the trashcans right outside our room and walking around talking to themselves. It scared my kids. Staff was nice but I wouldn't stay if you had other options.

This hotel smelt off also had cockroach exterminators in the room while I was staying there . Staff are hard to find . Water smells off . Drain didn’t drain properly just disgusting. nasty stains on the bed I have photos of everything I dont recommend

Always a very nice decent place to stay
