Very nice hotel, in a good location. Walking distance to everything.

Thank you for another wonderful stay!

Wonderful customer service all around!! Beautiful quaint weekend getaway. I reserved a “balcony” room, and didn’t realize there were additional balcony suites that didn’t overlook their beautiful courtyard. Once I saw my balcony faced a blank wall I was bummed because I visited the property months before and i was hoping to get a room with the stunning view. The staff went above and beyond, ESPECIALLY considering it was a busy holiday weekend , to make sure I could switch rooms to what I was expecting to receive . Valet was efficient and wonderful to chat with , everyone here was wonderful and we will be back for sure! Location is a close walk to essentially everything you need for a weekend. Like I said, helpful staff, wonderful details to the hotel itself , very very satisfied

There was never a discloser on the valet parking . That is quite extreme for that hotel . Someone needs to fix that and disclose that to the clients . On that note we will not be staying there anymore and considering to stop using Hotel.Com

Great stay. Only “complaint” is the pull out sofa bed. The mattress had no support. But I realize that’s the case for most pull out sofa beds. Great staff. Great location.

Very nice hotel. A little pricey for the quality.

Beautifully decorated, helpful staff. Charming historic building with lovely refurbished rooms. You can't change the nature of this place, so if old-school character isn't your thing, you may not like it. But it is truly a gorgeous boutique hotel with the best staff. Will definitely be staying again.

ホテルのパーの無料ドリンク券ももらえてカクテルを頂きました。よいサービスです。 『water grill』という口コミの良いシーフードレストランへも5分くらいでした。 周辺はカフェもあり通りもにぎやかで安心しました。

Great stay, interesting building

Good location. Easy walk from the Train depot. Easy walk to the ballpark. Easy walk to the harbor. Plenty of morning spots within walking distance for breakfast and coffee. A bit loud on Saturday night well into the early morning. Overall a good experience.

We booked this hotel as it was within walking distance from Petco Park and we were in town to catch a game. It was centrally located with several restaurants and shops within walking distance. They had a great restaurant inside the hotel. The rooms were beautiful and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Only minor downside was one night there was a big celebration downtown and it was a bit loud and could be heard inside the room. However, the next night it was quiet. Very nice hotel and would stay there again.

I was in San Diego for a conference. The hotel was within easy walking distance of the Convention Center and many bars and restaurants. Colleagues and I enjoyed the hotel's own bar. Breakfast wasn't on offer but there were excellent choices within a few blocks. Lovely, tree-shaded courtyard and staff were excellent.

Very nice being in this historic hotel. Had personality and charm. Because of it's age, there were a few amenities that aren't there but we totally survived. No nightstand on one side of the bed, no outlets near that same side of the bed, no pool. We got a "Resort Pass" to have a pool day at a local hotel. Enjoyed this unique property located int eh heart of the Gaslamp district - great location!
-
It is historic and centrally located. However, be aware that the rooms are old and dated. Not terrible, not bad, but not great.
-
Enjoyed out stay at the Horton. Close to the harbor and numerous restaurants.

We loved our experience, the hotel’s atrium is beautiful. Proximity to the restaurants and the ballpark was awesome
