Hotel can be very loud due location ans design. Otherwise beautiful well appointed rooms and amazing central location to visit SF. They were aggressive on the upsell at checkin but did not deliver on promises so at check out they refunded the up-sale. All very fair in the end.

Immediately greeted when we pulled into the private round about. They helped with our luggage. We had a speedy check in. The hotels smells amazing! My friend literally says omg! Carmen this smells like one of your perfumes! It was delightful. The rooms are beautiful and very clean. We are so happy with our stay, no question we will stay again here.

This is a nice hotel but i prefer some of their other properties more. Food was good and healthy staff was very helpful and friendly Rooms are really small compared to other 1 hotel properties but it’s San Francisco so rooms are smaller

Stunning hotel with friendly and helpful staff. I love how they knew my name and made me feel so welcome. Room size was generous and has all your amenities. The gym was great and has plenty of equipment (although could use a pad for the bar!). I had a massage too and that was incredibly relaxing.
