This is my 3rd time staying at this property and it's my favorite hotel in San Francisco. The staff is friendly, it's well situated between fun walkable areas and areas where I often have meetings, and the rooms themselves are comfortable, spacious, and clean.

Incredible street noise, uncomfortable bed and the power went out so we had to carry all our bags down the stairs (which lead directly to the street)

The view I hated having to queue up for breakfast like being at Starbucks! Totally unacceptable for a 5 star hotel and ruined the whole stay.

We had such a wonderful experience at the 1 Hotel. It was such a great location being by the Ferry Building and their restaurant was incredible. Next time we visit we’ll definitely be staying here!

The hotel is run without any concern for service quality and cleanliness - possibly due to its unexpectedly high guest turnover. Anyhow property location is very good.
