This hotel is amazing! Very friendly, helpful staff with lovely sitting areas and rooms. The rooms are small but quiet and the location is convenient. We brought our dog and they were thoughtful with him too and gave him a treat at check in. They also have bikes available which we would have used if we didn’t have our dog with us. We definitely recommend it!

Great boutique Hotel not many amenities, but very well ran and very clean and up kept
-
Housekeeping didn’t clean coffee mugs or leave a bath mat- other than that it was great. Front desk staff exceptional.

Staff was very nice, welcoming and helpful. Hotel and room extremely clean! Great location. Bed was way too small for two people and the shower head was broke.

Yousef was so professional, helpful, kind and his smile lit up the room. I was very please with the front desk's help. The location was perfect. I felt very safe in this area. Harbor Court is walking distance to everything for locals and tourists. It is a 5 minute walk to the Ferry Building, the Bay, BART, I could go on and on. Lots of restaurants and shopping. This is what I read about the Ferry Building. The San Francisco Ferry Building is located directly on The Embarcadero at the foot of Market Street, making it the central hub for the waterfront. There is a very nice Japanese restaurant right next door called Ozumo. And a steak house across the street. All together our stay was a huge success because of the Harbor Court Hotel.

Loved everything about this hotel!!! Hands down best hotel we've ever stayed at!!!
-
Great location. Nice lobby. Friendly staff. Good value. Small room with no where to sit and relax. Terrible view.
-
Easy access to all sorts of places in the area. Had to park a bit down the street but considering that the Pride Parade was going to be passing by the building—totally fine and was shocked the hotel didn’t cost more. Plus we get to see the start of an amazing event!

Decor- comfortable and beautiful. Wine Hour- very nice. If allowed, a small snack would be a nice addition. (pretzels, crackers, etc) Breakfast- simple and good. Great coffee! The interior queen room is very small. ≈

Location was great and staff were great particularly since I had two small dogs. They were kind about the dogs and enjoyed the dogs even though there were snobby guests - but the staff handled them great. I would have loved to take advantage of some of the amenities but one I did - valet parking. It was high but it offered in and out privileges which is more than most of the parking garage is offered. For this particular chip, I needed to have In-N-Out privileges due to some of the places I needed to go so this worked out wonderful. The location of the property was very convenient to transportation if you wanted it to the Peer in the Embarcadero, which was awesome and to all of the main things in the area. The bathroom was a bit small, particularly for two people and next time I would think about requesting a room away from the elevator being that we were so close to the elevator my dogs were a little bit jumpy. Every time they heard someone come down the hall, but it was manageable and very doable. I also would’ve liked more explanation about where to find things in the hotel. I did not find a manual or a booklet in the room like you see in most hotels that share with you where to find things or how to access things however, if I would’ve asked the staff, they were super friendly and super helpful.

The location was perfect for our purpose, a Giant's game. I liked the valet parking, the continental breakfast and the availability of beverages and snacks for purchase. The room was small but nice. I loved that there were outlets and USB ports in the side table and desk. Very convenient, once we found then! The staff was also very friendly and helpful. I did not care for the minimal lighting in our room. I felt it was too dark. I did not care for the water pressure in the shower at all. It was the weakest water pressure I have ever experienced. I also noticed that the side table and beverage cooler were unplugged. I couldn't figure out why the outlets in the side table were not working, and couldn't find any other outlets. We finally discovered, the side table was unplugged.
