We enjoy our stay every time we come.

We've stayed in many luxury SF hotels and this rates among the best. Nice room with view, gym and staff was excellent. There is no pool/hot tub but a great outdoor space on the 40th floor for pano views of the city with heated seats and cocktail service. We did not eat any food. If a big lobby/entry with decor, presentation and that social gathering component is important, their lobby is very small. That district has to be the cleanest part of the city and we felt very safe walking the area.

Location & it’s a four seasons so that says it all! Wish the rooms had a balcony although there’s a balcony on 40th floor for everyone which is beautiful.

The skyline views alone made the stay worth it. Being high above the city, especially at night, gave the hotel a peaceful, private feel even in the middle of San Francisco.

Everything about the stay was first class. We checked in early and and our room was ready. McKenzie was friendly and very helpful at check-in. Our room was clean and beautifully maintained. We frequented the bar downstairs each night of our stay and were treated like royalty by our host Bryce and by our servers Kabin and Anton. To sum up, our stay was outstanding and I'd highly recommend this property to anyone visiting San Francisco,
