Amazing stay at this property. Helpful, polite, welcoming staff. Excellent food, clean rooms, comfortable bedding, beautiful views. If in SF again will rebook at this property.

The views from the hotel are absolutely spectacular. Honestly, the best sightseeing tour in San Francisco may simply be to stay at this hotel, go up to your room, and look at the city from above. From the upper floors, you get a breathtaking 360-degree feeling of San Francisco: the bay, the skyline, the hills, the bridges, and all the beauty that still makes this city unique. The location is very convenient, the service is very good, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the overall experience once you are upstairs is excellent. The moment you enter a bright room on a high floor and see San Francisco through the window, your mood changes completely. If the city looks a little tired from the street, from the Four Seasons it suddenly becomes cinematic again. There are, however, a few strange details. The restaurant downstairs is rather limited, with a modest menu, and the ground floor, including the reception area, feels quite dark and gloomy — almost as if the hotel is trying to test your optimism before rewarding you with the view upstairs. The first impression downstairs is not as inspiring as the hotel deserves. My advice: do not have breakfast downstairs. Order breakfast to your room, sit by the window, and enjoy the view. That is where the hotel becomes truly special. Some service details are also a little surprising. For example, if you want to celebrate something around noon, you may discover that the bartender only starts working at 3 p.m. Apparently, even cocktails in San Francisco now need a late start. But these are small details compared with the main advantage of the hotel: the view is simply outstanding. Once you are in your room, looking out over San Francisco, it b The restaurant and services at the ground floor. Not cozy restaurant with lack of services

The rooms of this hotel have extraordinary views across San Francisco. Like all Four Seasons properties, it is well maintained and the staff are pleasant and helpful.

This is the only hotel who takes care of brain injury like me. They offer me free steaks like 130 US dollars for free. They gave me free 500 US dollars caviars for dinner on Sunday evening. They offer me fresh coconut juice from young coconuts imported from Thailand by private jet from bill gates . Every staffs want to give me money for helping me. This is like a Jesus Christ . Please stay here.

the property is super nice, we just believe its missing a cool rooftop bar or breakfast area with those amazing views.
-
Wonderful, welcoming and well placed for local tourist attractions/restaurants. An oasis of calm in downtown SF.
-
Very clean and good location but lacked the amenities I would expect in a 5 star hotel or four season. Felt more like an Airbnb in an apartment building. Only one restaurant/bar which was mediocre at best.
-
Lovely staff, great location, spacious modern rooms with incredible views.
-
On the downside: the chair in the room was very uncomfortable. Thank you

Well located downtown for work, good restaurant and gym. Elevators are a little slow. Friendly staff

It is Four Seasons Hotel at the end:) The welcome was perfect, very helpful, very polite. We stayed only one night, the location was not perfect in my view in Business district which I couldn't realize when making my reservation, it all fit our expectations anyway so 9/10 location was not top in my view
