What a treat to be able to come and stay at the Omni. It was our son's birthday weekend, and we all loved the stay! Clean, quality and service was excellent.

Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff! Doors were always opened by doormen and made our stay feel fancy. The location is perfect! Only a mile from fisherman’s wharf and many places to eat within walking distance. Room was clean and updated and beds were comfy. Highly recommend!

As usual, the staff was welcoming, helpful and anticipated my needs before I could even ask! The rooms are just delightful and room service is always excellent. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to stay in downtown San Francisco in a classic hotel.

Staff was super friendly and even offered free water and ice cream in the lobby. We have six rooms for a wedding weekend and everyone was happy.

Wonderful experience. The valet parking was a little expensive at $80 a day but, it is downtown San Francisco. Outside of that very enjoyable. Would certainly stay again.

We stayed in a nice spacious double room on the 16th floor on the quiet side of the hotel. We were thrilled to also have a large bathroom with ample counter space for all our toiletries (VERY important when TWO girls are sharing a room)! :-) Highly recommended!

Most excellent stay!! Will definitely stay again. We were there for Fourth of July and the price was so much more reasonable then ALL the other hotels around!! GREAT location! Right next door to Chinatown and the restaurant for breakfast was amazing! Such helpful friendly staff!!
