Omni San Francisco Hotel

I went with my little siblings for pokemon worlds and this was one of the best hotel experiences I ever had. The costumer service was absolutely amazing. As soon as we pulled in we were greeted and helped us with our luggage. Check in was amazing and they even gave my little siblings pokemkom cards. Everything we went past the main lobby we were greeted and given free water bottles. After a long day in town we came back and was greeted with complimentary freshly baked cookies. The hotel was clean and very nice. Next time I’m in SF I will definitely be returning.

Location was very good depending on what you’re in town for, but it was close to restaurants and shopping (like Union Square). We didn’t use the restaurant or bar at the hotel but they looked great. Outstanding hotel all around!

Front desk was very nice. The room was dated the mattress has seen better days especially for the cost of this hotel. The bar/restarant service was less than desirable.

Location. Friendly staff. Complementary water and coffee station in the morning. Clean rooms. Maid service. Beautiful historic building. Check in and check out time. Security on the elevators. Hotel made me feel at home. Would like food choices that offer more variety. I wasnt always in the mood for the full service restaurant. Things like pastries and bagels for breakfast. Sandwiches and appetizers options for lunch and dinner. I had to leave the hotel for breakfast and some evenings.

Service is not good at all

The room was clean but the front desk charged my credit twice in error even though everything was paid through Expedia. I am still waiting for the credit to be applied so be careful

Good location in Financial district - 15 mins walk to Ferry Terminal & same to North Beach. Comfortable bed, good shower & hot water pressure. Lots of outlets & good desk to work. Great bathrobes Staff friendly & helpful. Looks bit tired. Food places nearby closed on weekends

Beautiful, comfortable hotel Virtually nothing. The head barman is a bit grumpy!

Great and friendly service from just about everyone. I was with you 9 nights, my requests for some accommodation for earlier check in and out were met with a less than enthusiastic response. I think when someone travels as far as I did and is staying for a significant amount of time, some consideration should be given to that on a complimentary basis - that was disappointing and not what I tend to encounter in other hotel chains - this was my first time at the Omni.

Very well maintained and staffed. Very helpful front desk. Did not try the restaurant, but the hotel is surrounded by excellent restaurants. Overall outstanding service. The management is definitely paying attention to the details.

Nice. Great location. Helpful staff. Just need to update the place, it's kind of old. But for convenience and with nice folks there & location, I'd stay again.
