Omni San Francisco Hotel

We love staying at this Omni as we used to do years ago. The staff are very friendly and attentive. I only wish that they provided Peet's Coffee in the rooms.

Relaxing stay at a very conveniently located hotel. Staff and services were excellent. The hotel let us check out late for a small fee- it helped us with the rest of the day's plans. Would definitely stay there again.

This Omni is always great….a go to for me for work or pleasure.

For the price you pay to stay here, giving a free bottle of water seems almost like an insult. A continental breakfast or something similar would be more appropriate, Spent $100 on breakfast. Be prepared that very little is included in the price.

Let me start off by saying that the hotel staff at this location, over exceeded our expectations. This was our first time staying at an Omni Hotel and from our check in to our check out, everyone we dealt with, went above and beyond to help make our stay the most memorable experience ever. There’s one person we want to make sure we mention and that is Firaaz Rahman. Omni Hotel is lucky to have an individual like him working for them as he sets the bar high with his focus on customer service and his welcoming attitude. Firaaz made us feel like we were VIP customers and that goes a long way with our little family. Oh, and when it comes to the hotel room, the condition, cleanliness and overall amenities offered deserve 5 stars in my book.

It was very good. I checked out of the hotel during the afternoon of 6/24 after technicians confirmed that they had finished work inside of my apartment.

The staff, as usual, were cheerful, friendly, helpful and available. In-room dining was outstanding. The front desk staff were always helpful. The valet service was excellent. And the maids were invisible and always on top of my needs. How do they do that? I love staying at the Omni in San Francisco.

Hotel is clean and in a good location. No mini fridge. Bar was nice. Restaurant hours/ menu limited. Front desk was great! Hotel could use a refresh. 4 th floor interior room view is the roof.

Very good location. One staff at the reception desk isn't very polite (she just asked rude questions when my aunt complained about the incessant noise in the room, her manager later helped us change the room and gave us some credit for this). But most staffs are excellent and helpful.

Clean room, comfortable bed and pillows, clean bathroom, lobby with seating areas, very attentive staff, nice lobby bar; the only negative is hotel is a bit old looking / outdated inside, but positives make up for it

Really loved Monte‘s bar and restaurant down below. The staff was so friendly and food was very good.

Beautiful place! From the moment we arrived we were treated with kindness. The hotel itself is beautifully elegant and wonderfully maintained. Our room was comfortable with a kind size bed and a hot shower with great water pressure! Everything was walking distance, from close cafes to Trader Joe’s to Fisherman’s Wharf.

Location was great! Walking distance to everything we wanted to do.
