Great location, staff is friendly, clean room, good breakfast for a fee. I would stay here again.

Everything is fine but man o man do I miss having a dual shower with a top shower and a “hose” shower

Bathroom walls were stained ( urine ). Rooms were old, outlets didn’t have current phone charges. Coffee pods broke when making my morning coffee ( grounds in coffee). I just spent 1 night so it was just ok.

Property should indicate on their information that parking is all self parking now and that their on site parking garage has a very low clearance height. We have a larger vehicle and it took twenty minutes of driving around the city to find a parking garage that could accommodate. For the price- very frustrating.

However, I’ve noticed that the front-desk staff can sometimes seem overwhelmed and less responsive to guests’ concerns than they should be. During my last stay, for example, I did not have access to hot water for 24 hours. After several attempts to fix the issue, I eventually had to change rooms, which was a significant inconvenience since I had to pack up and move to a room on a different floor early in the morning. I was surprised that I received no acknowledgment or compensation for the inconvenience, not even a courtesy bottle of water. When I mentioned this to someone at the front desk, he did not apologize and simply said, “I’ll let my manager know.” That was the end of the matter. I still enjoy staying at this hotel, but I hope the staff will be more responsive and attentive when guests experience serious problems.

The food at the restaurant was not very good. The sandwich was very dry it had very little mayo and mustard and the service took forever to get our food and our bill.

The friendly and accommodating staff and the central location made the stay a truly memorable one. The hotel is only steps away from Chinatown, and it's the perfect place from which to begin exploring the city. The rooms were immaculate, and the staff were gracious to a fault. I would definitely try to stay here in the future!

The view was beautiful! The room was clean and perfect size for a quick trip to the bay!

Great location but the place needs a make over. The shower had no pressure and the temperature was inconsistent, either scalding hot or tepid. Bed was OK and it was handy having a coffee maker in the room

Dumb parking fee

The young man that checked me in, his name was John… He was absolutely amazing. I’m very appreciative.

Just found the windows were a bit dirty for a deluxe view, it would have been nicer but other than that it was a lovely stay. Security guard in the evening was a bit creepy as he was offering a young lady scenic view on the top of the roof if she came back later and when I asked if that was open to anyone as I would love to see that view he said no, not for you and laughed. Told him that’s cruel.
