Great location; good value for money

We have stayed in SF many times at random hotels and if I am being honest, haven’t had the greatest experiences, and didn’t have very high hopes here. We had friends staying next door at a more expensive location, and us and other friends ultimately decided on Club Quarters. We are SO happy with our stay. The rooms were so nice, very clean, and comfortable for our family of 4. We loved that the windows can actually be cracked open a bit to let in fresh cool air when we wanted it. The location was great- a bit further from Oracle Park but we enjoyed the walk to and from when we went to the Giants game (about 1.3 miles, easy walk for us). Parking was just across the street and was $45 per night which we appreciated too, since that can be even more at many other hotels. The rooms were incredibly quiet, we heard one horn honk outside, and nothing else- no neighboring rooms. This is a huge perk! Felt very safe too. We plan to choose this hotel again for sure! The lobby smelled of delicious coffee, and the bar was really cool looking (though we were too tired to enjoy a night cap haha). Wonderful stay, and we will be back!

The toilet wouldn’t flush, instead of letting us change rooms we had a maintenance guy come in who proceeded to not fix the issue. On top of that our tv wasn’t working. Would not recommend for the price

An exceptional value near the cruise port and China Town. Although the rooms are small, the staff is wonderful and accommodating.

Convenient to The Embarcadero. Short walk to the Ferry Building. Closest parking is across the street (One Embarcadero Center). We took a rooms with a kitchenette. It had a decent stove (along with fridge and microwave).

Jose maintenance man was extremely helpful and the staff treated us good, very good service and nice hotel,I'd stay again!!!

This property advertised queen size bed , I paid for queen size they offered me full size mattress, room is very small and bathroom is really tiny and there is no space in the bathroom or over vanity counter , , I won’t recommend to pay 150 plus tax for night and there better properties in San Francisco have much better amenities, larger beds and room and it’s cheaper than this place

I had to walk 3 blocks

Our go to place whenever visiting SF. Can’t go wrong.
-
Relatively short (15-20 min) & easy walk to the pier. Friendly staff. The reusable water bottles were a nice perk.

The front desk's response after I complained? A phone call explaining it was "just housekeeping." As if that makes it acceptable. It doesn't. Basic hotel protocol is to knock and announce yourself before entering — this isn't a high bar, and this property couldn't clear it. On top of that, the TV didn't work. Management's fix was to send maintenance into our room — which, after already having our privacy invaded once, was the last thing we wanted. We were only there for one night, so we just dealt with it. No apology that meant anything, no compensation, no acknowledgment that a guest walking in on you mid-dress is a serious lapse — not a minor inconvenience. We spent the rest of the stay flinching every time we heard a door in the hallway, wondering if it was about to happen again. Save your money and your peace of mind. A Hilton — or honestly almost anywhere else — will give you basic decency and a working TV. This place gave us neither.

Clean room fast check in and check out

They have a semi self serve check in/out, but it's still staffed with a helpful person. The bed was very firm, which is hard for me.

This hotel is great! We loved the location and it's proximity to the cable car, Chinatown, Giant's stadium, Fisherman's wharf..and more! We walked EVERYWHERE, then came back to a clean, quiet, beautiful hotel. We will be back!
