Club Quarters Hotel in San Francisco

Great location. Parking is nearby. We were offered a room upgrade but it was unavailable upon our arrival. No fridge or microwave. You could see in around the bathroom door and sink fixtures were loose and there was limited counter space. Daily room tidy was great. Free water tasted awful 😖. Staff were friendly and helpful.

We only stayed for 1 night but loved the location. The room was a little loud but worth it. 10-15 min walk to the embarcadero

Friendly staff.

No space to temporarily park vehicle for registration. When I called ahead I was told a refrigerator can be brought up to the room if I need one, when I got there it wasn't the case. Parking is horrendous in that area. There's no space to park even temporarily to check in.

They did not give me a breakfast voucher!

it is extra to park across the street $45 per. 24 hrs. We booked 2 rooms for family with queen bed and sofa. Rooms were on different floors. Not the same size rooms. 1 room had 2 tvs 1 room Had a bigger sofa. the beds definitely did not seem to be queen Size, Maybe full size. It took forever on elevator and free coffee and espresso was a plus but you have to wait your turn..maybe 1 more machine would fix the coffee lobby situation. There was a great bar and restaurant attached that had great food and happy hour. It wasn't a terrible or a great place too stay. I personally would not do it again.

Quiet, comfortable room. Couldn't get the Nespresso machine to work properly.

Great location, easy check-in with friendly staff, helpful self-service filtered water bottles and housekeeping amenities when you need it. Bed and bathroom great. Hallways, guest room furniture, and carpets were pretty worn down, but that is my only criticism. Overall, perfect for a quick overnight in the city!

Great little spot in a nice part of town. Felt safe, rooms were small but clean, and staff was very helpful and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again. Loved that they had refillable water bottles with purified water. Definitely a bonus as we didn’t have to go out and buy water.

Staff was helpful anytime something was needed, hotel is in great area and coffee at hotel is fantastic, air conditioner works great.

Great hotel! Would recommend due to walking proximity of most things San Francisco... Union Square, Embarcadero, and China Town. Would absolutely stay here again 😁

I really like this hotel. It is the third time I stay in. I will keep coming back!!

Our television didn’t work the entire stay despite them trying to fix it multiple times. The location of the hotel itself was great and we had an easy time sightseeing and getting around town.
