Club Quarters Hotel in San Francisco

I had a hard time checking in with a staff member due to me not being able to switch my trip planner which led to me not being able to check in.

Clean room and excellent staff

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and I really appreciated their kindness. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the hotel was disappointing. The walls were visibly dirty, and the carpet was very stained and looked like it had not been properly cleaned in a long time. The hotel would greatly benefit from better cleaning and maintenance, especially in the rooms and common areas.

Dated and rundown. Way over-priced for what it is. Location is excellent though.

Our A/C was mediocre. Our room reminded me of when we took my first cruise, itty bitty tiny space. Room was small and the hallway couldn't accommodate 2 people. We had to lean against the wall to let someone pass by. From what I hear all SF hotels are like this, expensive and small. At check in we weren't made aware that there were water stations by the elevator, noticed them at check out.

Front desk was very helpful and professional. Responsive maintenance team, nice rooms and common areas. yummy snacks

That everything i did was near by and the staff was always welcoming as i came it the window view and the tv channels. i was trying to watch a baseball game and the channel said it was playing it but it was something else

We liked the location Check-in was sort of weird. No greeting. I didn't know what I was suppose to do - finally someone came from behind the counter to help. Room and bathroom small

Great location, rooms good size...

The staff were friendly and helpful During my three-day stay, I had to contact maintenance twice because the TV was not working. Despite their attempts on both occasions, the issue was not properly resolved. Also, considering the standard of the hotel, I was surprised that the TV was not a smart TV. I also noticed the following issues: * The kitchen is not adequately equipped with basic items such as plates, pans, and other utensils. * The balcony really needs a mosquito net. Opening the balcony door in the evening resulted in a very uncomfortable night due to mosquitoes. * The balcony door is extremely heavy and needs to be greased or serviced to make it easier to open and close. * The 9th floor should have a water dispenser, as the other floors do.

It was clean and they provided travel size amenities, toothbrush, toothpaste, mouthwash, razors, toilet toiletries at no cost I didn’t like I needed my car key to access the facilities in the building. It was kind of annoying.

Only real complaint was the water dispensers they have on the floors and the lounge. The water dispensers were veryyyy slow. Takes a while to fill up a water bottle.

The deluxe room is a nice sized room but it’s a bit dated. The staff were kind and friendly. The streaming on the TV didn’t work at all. It was down so that part wasn’t great and even the regular channels would sometimes stop working.

Great location. Good price. Amazing customer service Rooms were a bit small but I was a good trade off for price.
