Great location and great hotel.

The hotel was fine. Not very accommodating to need to leave early. Unable to make changes to reservation after the fact. Staff was fine. Room was okay.

This is a boutique hotel with vintage minimalism vibes. Gorgeous views from the rooms at the end of the hall on the water side. Helpful staff. Great restaurant and bar. Loved the location.

Great location and view of the Bay and bridge. Beds were comfortable. The only disappointment was the morning offerings. We were charged $25 daily for coffee and pastries that we didn’t want or have. I believe that should be an optional and not an automatic expense.

The parking lot and gym are detached , no valet parking. Be prepared for a tiny elevator

My room was spacious, and the view was great, but there were some things that were broken like the curtains. The staff were excellent.

A lovely, well located and comfortable stay. Would recommend for all, but especially pre-cruise travelers! Staff were friendly & the attached Perry’s restaurant/bar was fantastic.

It’s a great location and the desk staff were willing to check us in early. I like the water bottle filler at the elevator. Pastries and coffee in lobby were better than what you normally get. And we love eating at Perry’s next door.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff was wonderful and allowed us to check in early for a small fee. The place was clean. I think the only down side was there was no view and it was SMALL, but I think that's part of the San Francisco charm of old buildings. Pro tip, for some great food there was a quick service Greek food restaurant across the street heading west. Go there for some good grub.

Really great spot by the water. Lovely bar next door. Please be aware things close kind of early in the area.

This may be the best bang for your buck in the Embarcadero area. Front desk guys were super kind and helpful. The location is minutes walking from farmer's market, restaurants, train. No parking really so that's a challenge (garage only). I wouldn't have a car next time for that reason. The room was everything I needed, clean, simple. Architecturally nice interior of the building. Right next door to a bar without feeling the noise from it. Will stay again! Thanks
