Fun spot on Fisherman’s Wharf. Easy to walk everywhere. Nice room, good shower. Nice bar and bartender.

Location. Room was generally noisy. A wild ‘party’ was in room next to us on second night. Noise was terrible but full marks to hotel - I rang reception and they got it sorted.

Very clear room, excellent views of the Golden Gate Bridge and Alcatraz. Only drawback was no in room coffee machine. It said one was available upon request, but I requested multiple times without success. Otherwise, location was amazing! Good place to stay if wanting to visit Fisherman’s Wharf.

Comfortable bed and spacious room. Top-notch hotel location. The gym is adequate for a holiday stay. Not very suitable for highly sensitive individuals: the window coverings don't fully block out the light, and the room remains noisy even with the AC and mini-fridge turned off.

Beautiful Hotel with a great location near all the Pier 39 attractions restaurant open for Breakfast,Lunch and Dinner, staff were accommodating and friendly

The hotel was uniquely cool and the staff was fantastic! I liked everything about the property.

We stayed in a City View King room. The rooms were massive - so much space! Also had a sofa/lounge area. Something to be aware of though is that the room looked out on the neighbouring Cannery Building and courtyard. The hotel also has an internal courtyard, and these Courtyard rooms are the entry level room types. It was a little confusing, but very quiet and arguably better than an actual city view, where you would hear the constant Cable Car rotation and traffic. Another thing of note, the room did not have coffee/tea making facilities and there was no mention of any in the Amenities list on the website. When we checked out, we were told there was complimentary tea/coffee in the lobby/restaurant. I wish this would have been explained at Check In rather than Check Out. Also, the website clearly states that there are Special Offers at Ben & Jerry's and The Winery Collective, both attached to the hotel. However, when I enquired about the Winery Collective, I was told it had no affiliation with the hotel and no deals included. I think the website should be updated with the actual amenities list.
