Hotel Caza Fisherman's Wharf

Great location

For the price of the hotel the amenities were not there!! No fridge or microwave but you could pay extra for one! Coffee was only from 6a to 10a. Bar was so over priced!! No food in the hotel to purchase except for snacks at certain times of the day. The room was supposed to be city view but only half of the view was that of a building. Seagulls at the window and constantly yelling!! Trash trucks at 330 am. No premium channels on the tv!! Extra charges on my card! Had I not noticed would’ve just went on taking my money. Checked again before checkout and boom more charges!! They took them off once again. I prepaid on the hotel. Com app and was charged extra fees when I arrived! Would not advise anyone to go there and will not ever return!!

Centrally located property that is easy to get in/out to Fisherman's Wharf activities. Service was excellent and clean. Only disappointment was maybe breakfast was more a la cart with limited selection but didn't matter because plenty of other local breakfast venues within walking distance

The location was ideal and we had a great time at Fisherman's Wharf, Pier 39, Ghirardelli Square, North Beach and China Town. We were even able to leave our car parked until 6 PM on the day of checkout, which was amazing! They had cookies and milk at 8PM, which was great, but they were just Oreos and Animal Crackers. The hotel was noisy though - mostly city street noises starting at 7 am with construction and buses - and our room was near the elevator so we heard the dings. The room was very comfortable other than that!

Great location, close to shops and restaurants. Convenient parking with in/out privilege s. Nice pool. Bar was nice, but doesn't open until 5pm.

Fantastic location for our family of 5. We used it as our hub and ventured out around the city and down the coast to see many different sites. Hotel staff was extremely friendly and always helpful. Rooms were clean. We thought we would have a pull out couch and panicked when we didn’t but staff quickly brought us a roll away bed and the situation was fixed. Would recommend!

Easy-going, great location, comfortable!

It is a great location right in the heart of Fisherman’s wharf. They have nightly snacks and water available in the lobby. There are also games the kids can play like corn hole and pool. It was very clean and the staff was very friendly. I would recommend staying here.

Great spot to walk around city amongst famous attractions!

Bad stuff-Bathroom sink had a big crack in the bowl, mold on the sink grout, shower kind of dirt stained. No refrigerator (I have meds that need refrigeration), no coffee pot in room, no bell desk, check in kiosk doesn’t really work, I paid $200 extra in fees to stay here besides the actual hotel cost I paid to Expedia. Walls are very thin. I could hear the person showering (and singing) next door. They say they have a pancake breakfast in the elevator but they don’t. It’s just a few things to grab and go (protein shakes, bagels, microwave oatmeal etc.) and it’s for a few of course. The free coffee tastes terrible by the way. Note-born and raised in Las Vegas so my expectations are high plus we had a Disney timeshare for 20 years so we may have gotten used to that amazing service and hospitality. Caza is just a step up from Motel 6. I probably wouldn’t stay here again if I had a choice.

Hotel was great. Clean, comfortable, and close to many tourist attractions.

The room was comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly and courteous. But it was lacking some essentials for the price we paid compared to other hotels we’ve stayed in SF. Such as a lighted or any kind of makeup mirror. And the light was not adjustable in the bathroom for putting makeup on. No place to conveniently hang a used hand towel or wash rag. Very little room to place toiletries for two guests. It would have been adequate for one person. Only two towels, which really isn’t enough for two people if you use one for your hair, and one for your body. No coffee maker and we were on the 5th floor. The room really just had the bare necessities. But it did have a very large tv, and although it was smart, it did not have HBO Max, Paramount+, Apple TV, Prime Video. Just YouTube. And Sling. And no instructions on how to operate. It was easy to walk to nearby shops and restaurants. I’m not sure we would stay there again, unless we got a really good room rate.

Everyone was very helpful and the staff went above and beyond to help.
