The lady checking us in was super sweet, But I repeatedly ask for housekeeping to clean and for new towels, never got during our 4 day stay, only got towels when I tracked them down in the hall. Shower has mold and tub needs attention.

Great location. Highly recommend. Could leave luggage before and after check in/out. Great lobby area to hangout. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable.

Great hotel in a convenient location close to the wharf. My room was a really nice size. The front desk staff were very helpful and nice. A huge lobby if you need to work before or after your check-in and check out time for a bit. I got an option that had a credit to use at the grab and go for breakfast which was very convenient. The pool was closed for refurbishment that was the only amenity that was not good. I would definitely stay here again.

It's perfect for a downtown Fishermans's Wharf stay. Parking is great so you can walk everywhere without worrying. My daughter loved the milk and cookies they give you at night.
